I am not so happy with my order from…
I am not so happy with my order from Softwareking: I had ordered Office 2016 Pro. I had asked the support beforehand "whether the Office software is installed with MSI or C2R Installer".
The answer was: "this is the click-to-run version [C2R]".
Unfortunately, I only got a download link to the ISO file for an MS installer, and the licence key is also only a volume licence for MSI. Because I have other Microsoft software on my computer that is installed with C2R, I cannot use the product from Softwareking.
After I had emailed that I would make use of my right of withdrawal, I hear silence.
Supplement to the answer from Softwareking24:
I have never made the statement that you are fraudsters and sell illegal software. Where did you get that from? You must be confusing me with another customer.
I only claimed that your service told me it would sell C2R, I got MSI version. I emailed you a number of screenshots and gave you more than a week to comply with my cancellation of the purchase contract.

Wir haben ihnen den Kaufvertrag erstattet. Die Aussage das wir Betrüger sind und illegale Software verkaufen ist eine falsche Aussage die wir an unsere Rechtsabteilung zur Abmahnung weitergeleitet haben.
Da dies nicht rechtens ist was sie hier kommentieren.
Unsere Anwälte werden sie dazu schriftlich benachrichtigen.
Wir hatten sie höflich geben die Bewertung zu entfernen.
Dazu kommt das sie 3 Fach negativ bewerten zum gleichen Produkt. Dies sagt schon einiges aus.
