Dealt with Joe and he was very helpful. Quick response and got the issue sorted fast. I was skeptical abut using the website for software but this proved to be unfounded.

Very patient customer service on a tricky installation issue. Emir was a great help despite our being disconnected a couple of times. All issues were sorted, thank you! Many other companies I've dealt with pass you over to someone new each time you'd get disconnected but not here. Well done!

I was afraid to finish installing MS Office at stage 4 due to confusion over contents of installation download and choices offered, I thought I might do something wrong. So i contacted SoftwareKeep support and Joe took over in a very efficient manner. I did appreciate help of Joe for purchasing one Microsoft Office 2019 Home and Student for Mac license. I'm now looking for the license key which should find my Incoming mail box within less than 15 minutes.

1st Code didn't work, but a 2nd code was issued within a few hours and worked fine. It's vital to follow the advice by SoftwareKeep.com about first deleting all Word from your computer and about ensuring that you have purchased the correct Word package. If you get either of these wrong, you will fail to load Word or whatever, and lose your money. Fair enough, really. Yes, I would recommend the Company and it's Software, although clearly one can only be sure after the passage of a year or two with the Software staying up and continuing to give satisfaction.
