I bought an MS Office suite from Softwarekeep and couldn't get the license approved by MS. There was some disconnect between my OS software and my MS account that I couldn't resolve. I asked Softwarekeep what to do and Eric in their team worked very patiently through the possible causes and much to my relief resolved the problem for me. I found the Softwarekeep support team very helpful and responsive.

Eric was very helpful, efficient, and patient.

Impressed with Softwarekeep today, quick response on online chat with Eric who was able to reassure that I was about to purchase the correct software. Activation key received within 10 mins of purchase and download went smoothly, no issues with product.

I have an old Mac powerbook that had been running microsoft office 365. I upgraded my Mac to Catalina the highest OS my computer will take and found that office was no longer compatible. I bought an earlier version from Softwarekeep and didn't follow the instructions closely. Their support was great and I now have Office up and running on my Microsoft account. Many thanks

I just had to write this review to say how impressed I was with Eric for giving me a quick answer to the fact that having rebuilt our server and then not being able to activate the genuine license key, he quickly gave me the answer and my struggle was resolved. I was a bit cynical that anyone would be working towards the end of the business day on 30th December 2022 and it gave me confidence to buy more Software licenses from this company in the future.

Dealt with Eric who gave me a straightforward answer to my query. So all very good. Went ahead to make purchase.
