The chat I held today with Joe was very helpful in reassuring me of the decision to procure MS Office 2021. He was very prompt and knowledgeable about the products. He clarified that it was one-time purchase and not a subscription. I have decided to proceed with buying it because of Joe's service.

Joe was extremely helpful to me and has become my personal technician. He answered my questions quickly and got me the information and sent me the files I required immediately after asking.

Reached out for support to activate my Word purchase as Microsoft was making it difficult to release expired subscription I had previously. Eric was amazing! solved the issue like a PRO - a real asset to the company - I will certainly be purchasing more products for this company!!

I had a Microsoft Office license activation issue with a recently purchased MS Office 2019. I called Softwarekeep and Ray L. from technical support was fantastic. He helped over the phone with opening a live chat window and then remote connecting to my PC and managed to fix the issue in now time.
This is what I call customer service! This company doesn't just sell something online but they have professionals providing excellent technical support to you!

I lost my laptop hard drive due to an unrecoverable disk crash and needed to reload MS Office on the new disk. When I tried to activate Office it wouldn't work. I used the CHAT app on softwarekeep.com and Bryan immediately walked me through everything I needed to do to get Office activated. Unlike the (usually) negative experiences I've had with other companies when requesting software support, Bryan had all the answers, explained things clearly, and got me going in record time. Planned to purchase MS Office Suite 2021. Initially planned and paid for MS Office 2021 - Home and Business. To my pleasant surprise, they have upgraded to MS Office 2021 Professional Plus with no additional cost. So it was significant deal. Bryan helped me to install the software on my computer and was patiently answered all my questions. Over all a good service
