Had an issue with my product key and contacted support team. Their support member Eric was very helpful in helping me activate my Windows Product Key and I was able to successfully activate my product key.

Initial concern duly answered by Brian, through chat.

Was looking around to download Microsoft Office Professional 2021, when comparing the prices between SoftwareKeep.ca and Microsoft.com, was concerned about the legitimacy.

All good, as after chatting with Brian, he reassured me that the link sent by SoftwareKeep.ca will direct me to Microsoft website for me to enter the key.

Took less than half an hour to check out from cart > receiving the email with key and link > activate Microsoft Office software.

Would definitely come back in future for other software downloads.

I had trouble accessing my product via key due to conflicting Microsoft accounts. After engaging Carl in the chat and a bit of explanation of the sequence of actions I took, I trusted Carl to investigate by remote control of my screen. Once I placed trust in him, he resolved the issue in 2 minutes and I was able to access my product, download and start using 15 minutes after that. It's scary to place trust with a remote stranger but in this case, Carl was incredibly helpful and I am happy with the service.

Well I purchased Nero 2016 software from SoftwareKeep.ca and I was assisted by Brian who is very nice guy, he told me they never had that particular software right now, but offered me a full refund and was really nice about it!

I purchased Office in pounds which was more expensive than purchasing elsewhere in Canadian.
I thought it was a Canadian site and took for granted the payment would be in Canadian which it was not.
The gentleman, Joe, was very pleasant and efficient in helping me get my refund. No issues at all.
