Good Morning.
We bought the below license from you.
I had our IT support login with details has said we don’t have Admin rights to our Office 365?
This means we are unable to do the following which we wish to do.
1) Set up synch calendars to individual email addresses and many more.
2) How do we get admin access?

I have had no reply from them.

I’ve purchased Microsoft office 365 from these people thinking they genuine because of I’ve seen some good reviews in here. But after bought it and installed it worked only for month. Then it always saying uploading failed. Now it just a waste of money only. I’ve tried to reached out for them but no luck at all. So I’m giving all the future customers deal with these ppl carefully. Looks like this is just a scam.

I ordered a product key for Office Pro. The key came within seconds but there were instructions and a link to download the installation. I was a bit wary of this so I went to the official Microsoft site and entered the product key. It didn't work and returned a message to say the digits given were incorrect.
I did a search of the link they sent me and there are several emails on the microsoft support site regarding this. All have been answered by the same person (not a verified Microsoft person but an Independent Advisor) saying that is is legit but you would only be able to access the Product key though an employer.
I then looked up the address given for the Australian office does not exist. Springhill Bottom Road, PERTH The phone number goes to a generic message bank. Also, if you click on Home then Contact us, you see that the website looks exactly the same but a new company name MS.Codes appears at the top with a new contact address at The Rocks New South Wales and an indonesian phone number. The actual product code is sent from a totally different email in the UK. I have tried that email but it returns an undeliverable message. There is yet a totally different phone number at the bottom of the invoice. On calling that I got a text message saying 'Please text'. I checked the ABN on the invoice and again a different company name and registered address.

From all of this info, I have to say (as has been reviewed before) ONE BIG SCAM.

First time purchaser. Just bought a windows 11 pro product key as my new PC has it preinstalled.
Got product key via email instantly and worked perfectly fine. super happy that this saved me well over $300AUD

Bought a Microsoft 365 lifetime license. Uploaded data to 1 TB One Drive account and then 2 months later when trying to upload data, got a message saying Account Deactivation: We've determined that this Office 365 account is unauthorised. The account will be closed on December 29 and you'll lose access to your files. This site is read only at farm administrator's request. The seller has refused to solve the issue and Microsoft have said they can't help either as the seller needs to sort it out with the administrator of the organisation that has the licenses. They do not disclose that they are selling business (tied to a school) and not personal accounts. Avoid this company at all costs. I am now working with government agencies to get the data deleted and my money refunded.

Key came within 10 minutes, worked easily, no troubleshooting required.

This company does not sell you valid product keys. They are a fraud. Do not purchase anything from them. The description page does not at all reflect what you are paying for.

Terrible fraudulent business selling HUP, MSDN, and MAK licenses to unsuspecting people. Won't ever buy from them again after microsoft shut down the 2 purchases I made with them and they refused me a refund.

Bought a Microsoft 365 lifetime license which was locked to a school in India. Obviously, someone is frauding Microsoft with the educator sector in India by obtaining license keys from them and selling them for a profit. It may be advertised as a lifetime, but beware, as Microsoft could revoke their license anytime, providing you with no protection as everything is locked with their school license. They will disappear after you pay and will not respond to feedback.

$20 win 8.1pro CD key to activate Win. Key didnt activate windows like the add said. Ill see if I can get money back through gpay the .au, its a british website

I purchased a license and soon after received an email from a totally different company name in the UK, rather than from SoftwareG in Australia. This made me feel quite uneasy. The email contained a license with an email address that began with the word 'con'?! It also had other information in it that led me to believe that something simply wasn't right. The email itself also didn't look professional and had information in it that led me to believe that I shouldn't go through with it. On the product page and under their 'shipping and returns section they clearly advise 'We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery' I emailed the company soon after to advise them and asked for my money to be returned. I was told that they would give it to the admin team to follow up. Two weeks later I am still out of pocket. I don't believe they have any intention to return the money. I suspect they'll just ignore me and continue doing business their way. I wouldn't recommend this product or company

Requested a key which had a problem, contacted support and within 5 minutes I had a new key and it worked. Too easy.

the key provided didn't work, followed the instruction and still not working. Request refund, no response.

Quick turnaround of Product Keys however we did have a problem with the keys not being accepted.
Emailed Softwareg to let them know that there was a problem and they re-issued new keys which worked perfectly.
We are happy with both the service and products.

Have bought numerous licenses from SoftwareG. They all worked first time except one. Reached out to their support team and they walked me through why the key wasn't working. Plus, they gave me a new key. The Office 2021 Pro is working as it should be. All products purchased from SoftwareG also update via Microsoft Update Service. Couldn't recommend SoftwareG enough.

Did what it said on the box.
Picked up a copy of Windows 10 pro for much cheaper than from ms, key arrived instantly and worked first time. Obviously guessing from some of the reviews ymmv but my experience was smooth and painless.

DON'T BUY IT! INVALID KEY.

The purchase is really base on your luck, if the key works, then congrats. If not, then bad luck.

Emailed Softwareg, they asked for screenshots, then there is nothing. Waste of money.

Works like a charm. Bought office 365 lifetime subscription.

Purchased Microsoft Office 2021 Home & Business For MAC.
First, couldn't use the PayPal link, then used credit card.
Received the wrong software key code.
Got Office 2019 not 2021
