How good to find a company that if something does not work out (a Micro-Soft Problem) this company offered a full refund with no quibbles what so ever. 'Carl' who looked after me, you are a legend mate. Full refund on Word 2019.

My purchase of Microsoft Office 2021 from SoftwareDepot was simple & easy. (It is the cheapest "Genuine" retail version to be found anywhere!) As soon as (after online purchase) I logged onto my Microsoft account, the link to install was already waiting for me there! All I had to do was click on it and "bobs you're uncle" - it was downloaded & installed. Previously I bought Microsoft Office 2019 at a cheaper price. BUT, the supplier surreptitiously supplied a "volume" license (without warning me) which became locked to an old version of Office 2019 (subsequently it never updated to the current 2019 version). It progressively became out-dated and increasingly developed unresolved bugs. The seller refused to allow me to update it. Microsoft Office 2021 from SoftwareDepot is a refreshing change. I have learned my lesson to never buy the latest Microsoft Office 2021 if it costs less than $100.

i had issues with downloading onto my new laptop (i am not tech savvy). once I found where it was located, it5 was easy to use. I had trouble placing it on the desk top. I am satisfied with the program now and find easy to use

Just bought from Software Depot.
Very attractive pricing, and good service.
I did order the wrong things, with a 2021 Office pack and a supplementary 2016 Publisher, as there is no warning against such a mismatch.
Also ordered the Publisher because it was not listed on the Office pack, but then they upgraded the Office pack and refunded the 2016 Publisher for me.
After downloading I discovered that MS includes Outlook for free, so I could have ordered a cheaper pack, but I'm very happy with what I bought and very happy with the service from software Depot.
I am in Australia, but all done online and in local currency, so location irrelevant.

There were cheaper alternatives, but after some research, I decided to stick with Software Depot since the software being purchased and installed was for the client with whom I was setting up a new laptop and needed to keep their trust in my company.

In all my years of amateur computing, I honestly have not found a company so personally interested in it’s customers.

I recently purchased Office suite through Software Depot and had a great experience. Price was competitive and more importantly the download was straight forward and the software has since performed to expectations. Happy to use this service again.

I am not computer literate and bought software from you
Tired so many times to download the link however no matter how hard i tried the system kept giving me errors
Then I requested help form their online source and CARL came on line
I provided him access to my computer and he expertly set up my software on my computer he was very polite and asked me if he could do things on my computer before he did anything and also explained to me along the way what he was doing
