We purchased the latest version of PrintMaster (for greeting cards, banners, etc.) for Windows 11. Initially we had trouble installing it but after a couple of back-and-forth emails to troubleshoot the issue, we were able to activate & install the program. Responses took some time but I'm sure it was just the number of emails in the queue.

I have used Kofax PDF for many years. I just upgrade it. I have no issue purchasing or downloading the app. I did have an issue within the app though and the technician was AWESOME!! I highly recommend Software CW.

I had an problem downloading at first but later realized the problem was not with the software, it was me. Tech support was there for me. Great job, love the software.

The software is friendly and easy to use. And I found out that the technical support always respond quickly when any issue happens to resolve the issue. I would recommend this as it's basically much cheaper than adobe with the same functions I need.

scamming website selling invalid software keys and using the excuse of “your device wasn’t compatible” i had to purchase the same software somewhere else and it was in fact compatible. they then refuse to refund me for “opening” the key. a key that i couldn’t use because it came up invalid. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.

Easy purchasing and software is easy to use.

I previously used an old Sound Forge 10 and when I swapped computers I started using version 14. Again time to change computers but wanted to go back to Version 10. I noticed a new and improved version and got that one. It was very similar to the one I was using in the past yet had some neat new features. I loved it. Thanks so much. I am finding it so easy to use.

& friendly and their instructions were easy to follow Probably the best on-line customer support I’ve dealt with.

I want to thank Software CS staff for the great support you have given me. The staff are great at their job, proactive and knowledgeable. I made a mistake and thought that Fusion PDF was compatible with Win 11 and it wasn't. I did not open the license information and was able to return Fusion PDF. The next day I received an email telling me that I will receive my refund within 3 to 5 days. That is top notch customer support.

I will be ordering, from SoftwareCS, a Win 11 PDF product. I will always be purchasing my software from SoftwareCS.

I have used Dragon products in the past. The price at CW software was attractive. Unfortunately the exe file would not install. I never opened the Registration key, and I requested a refund - which met their return policy requirements. They emailed me to indicate that they had refunded the purchase price to my credit card but stated that it could take the bank 5 to 10 days to prcess the refund. After 21 days the refund did notshow up on my credit card statement. I sent CW an email stating that they had until the end of the day to resolve this, and that if they failed to do so I would open a dispute with the bank. They did not reply until over 24 hours later - at whch point I had already opened a dispute with Chase Bank - who immediately issued me a refund. CW sent me an email stating that they coudl nto close the support case because the refund was still "in process" - and suggested that I should revoke and cancel the dispute with Chase! I don't think so. Today - five days later - they sent me an email stating that they have issued a refund. I don't know if they are untrustworthy or just have a messy back end system and I don't care. I will not do business with them again.

I thought I was getting a year of Microsoft 365. I was charged by Softwarecw.com for it...but have no information on how to download it but received a order received and subscription started notice. What now?4

I downloaded Photoshop and they added another service CW free for a month.Then charged me on the first month renewal I caught it as soon as it hit and had to dispute it through my credit card..I requested the refund from them and was denied. Until my CC got involved. I never downloaded it or use it and caught it in less that 10 days so they did refund my money and ask me to give them a review..Well I wouldn’t use them again.. so take that how you will.

I had been using my Design Cad 2022 for a while when suddenly it asked for my License Key. I went on line and followed the directions for finding it but it was not there. I emailed Design Can explaining the problem and Astrid very quickly emailed me back with an easy and flawless solution. Thank you, Astrid. You were very quick to respond and very professional.
