This was my second time buying from this company, and once again, I’m disappointed. This body spray cologne *stinks*—and not in a subtle way. It smells terrible *on your body* and somehow even worse if you try to use it as an air freshener. There’s no redeeming use for this scent.

I genuinely don’t understand how anyone could rate this over four stars; it doesn't deserve it. If I could give this product negative five stars, I would. The odor is gag-inducing. I sprayed it once and instantly regretted it—it was like picking a fight with the air. The scent is that offensive.

Bottom line: this cologne fails at the one job it’s supposed to do—smell good. Don't waste your money.

Sent for some fragrance sets for a birthday gift. On arrival, poor packaging was a mess and products inside destroyed. Have emailed twice without even an acknowledgment. No customer service whatsoever. But it from Boots!

Utterly impossible to get a response from this company. I’ve sent multiple emails, online contact form messages, and social media messages and received no response, not so much as an acknowledgment over a period of weeks. I’d give zero stars if possible because even one star implies some sort of customer service has been provided but it seems So Fragrance provide no such thing.

Awful customer service! Purchased a body mist spray but the 'sprayer' does not work. Emailed Customer service on 26/9 and followed up again on 16/10 but no response! Emails are just ignored!!

Just received 'Dark Romance' in a packet with no sender's address. The packet is addressed to 'Berry' and my street address and post code.

Never heard of the product or company, never ordered.

Order placed incorrectly by me resulting in the price being doubled, e.g a 3 for £9.99 offer wasn’t applied. Didn’t spot this until after paying. Only method of contacting company I could find was an email address. Emailed them asking them to cancel the order and of course they ignored it.

First time I ordered from them online as the shops don't sell their body mist anymore.
I used GPay to pay which is updated to my current address. Somehow on the confirmation email, they have an address I lived at 9 years ago as a delivery address, and shipping address as my previous address. When I contacted customer service, they said when the product is returned to them, they will issue a refund. But as no signature was required, of course my package was delivered 400 miles away.
And I repeat, my address is updated on all my bank cards, every time when I move. How did they get that old address I don't even understand.

This is an amazing brand and I'm so obsessed with it, it's really affordable and I recommend it to everyone.

I have just ordered 4 body mist gift sets from so spray officiall website.

I can’t believe how fast they arrived at my doorstep! I ordered them on Monday evening and by Wednesday morning they are here when delivery was (free) and I only ordered £15 worth of product. They also came in very sturdy secure packaging wich I am very happy about :)

Don’t normally write reviews however.

Credit to so fragrance company. So happy with how quickly they came in time for Christmas!

After buying 2, 200ml bottles of So...? from a well-known supermarket, I totally fell in love with the company so I recently ordered from So... website 1 pack of NEW So...? Summer Escapes Gift Set 2022 and a pack of So...? Escapes Grande 6x 50ml Body Mist.

They were delivered safely this morning less than a week after ordering!

I could actually smell them before even opening the box!

Can't give a zero. Product may be fantastic if you receive it. Bought from the website in November for an Xmas present, money taken but never received. It's now 17th January. No customer service phone number and no response from the customer service email after 3 attempts.
