My experience in the store was really good but Iv been disappointed with the fact that I ordered a swatch on the day that I ordered and payed in full for my purchase which was on the 26-04-26 and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I contacted customer service via the online chat and although sympathetic it turns out I just have to reorder my swatch which I have done. I’ll be very disappointed if it doesn’t arrive this time!

absolutely shocking customer service! Had a text saying book delivery , which I did for may 3rd. The day before I had another text saying book delivery! I rang Sofology and was told they had no idea where my sofas were, someone would ring me back. No one did. I wrote an email to complain. To date no-one has replied. I went back to the text and booked May 10th. I even phoned and checked and was arrived they had them and would be delivered on the 10th. It was conformed. Today.May 6th had a text saying ring them. I did and the chap had no idea why. I started a chat and asked what was going on. Was told they would arrive in the store on may 11th, I asked him for thee mail of customer complaint and he said look on the website! Total chaos. Will never shop there again

Kerry the assistant that helped us with choosing our sofa was amazing!!! Honest and straight talking, which we liked, had a laugh as well. She didn't just have her sales head on, she really was honest on what we was looking and how to choose. All the staff was very friendly. And I thought the prices were very reasonable.

We recently visited Sofology looking for a new suite and had a really positive experience thanks to Sirwan Bakir.
He was patient, understanding and never once made us feel pressured. Choosing a suite can be a difficult decision with so many options, but Sirwan took the time to listen to what we were looking for and helped guide us through everything in a relaxed and professional way.

Kate was really good - she explained all the options and the process in great detail. It was an enjoyable experience. We even had a brew and colouring books for the grandkids. Highly recommended.
Paid 3500 For 2 sofa, after 14 weeks arrived yesterday, they couldn't take the paper from bottom as they didn't have the right tools, they have booked another person to come put next week but currently an all day appointment until the night before, and if we cancel less than 48 hours before we get charged £69! For them not sorting when delivered. The younger one also swore which ok but didn't like when mentioned to the other one who was lovely he said if he only swore once I was lucky. I was told not good will gesture although a voucher would be pointless. They price high end no discount no free delivery so we expected better. Also sofa pucked in places but again they said leave for 6 weeks, you can see where there is too much fabric.
I placed an order in January, and the sofa was not delivered until April, which is already a super-long lead time, but it is expected.
When the sofa was delivered, the deliveryman noticed some minor damage, so they took it back.
After it returned to the depot, I messaged customer service every week for an update, and they assured me the repair was in progress.
A month after the product was returned, and the customer service called again and said the repair was not possible. And I have the option to re-order (which will take another 3 months) or to cancel and receive a refund.
This is ridiculous. If you just want to order a sofa promptly, I suggest you avoid Sofology. Will never order from them again.

From the moment I walked into the shop I felt welcome. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, explaining every detail which I would have forgotten to ask. I was actually shopping around but sofology got my business based on customer service and the quality.
Excellent customer service. I didnt know what you could get with a sofa, the heated seat will definitely help my partner out.
I did go into the store in poole at first but I did order the sofas online, as didnt have the time to go back in to order them.
