Been 3 times before I decided on my sofa always treat very well and today at York branch jemma looked after me with great understanding and efficiency lovely experience thankyou

Tim provided excellent customer service, taking time to explain the full end to end purchasing process.

Would definitely buy from Sofology again in future.

Dissapointment beyond. The store staff were amazing tbh selling to me. But my sofa was originally ready for 26.11.25, only to be moved to 1.12.25 and now earliest 17.12.25
I had acute cancer last year and said nothing will be as bad...turns out not being able to rest and relax without a sofa is as bad...moved house planning weeks ahead with a sofology for my sofa to arrive within the first month, organsising a v.special 18th birthday party mid December for my son and of course we all want a seat for xmas! Nope Sofology cannot be relied upon. When I finally do get it lets hope its comfy and worthy of the wait.
For reference I NEVER leave a bad review but this one has ruined my first xmas, 18th birthday party and some well deserved R&R for me. Hope some other whinging spoilt customer got theres early for the effort. Oh and I paid upfront in full!! Dont bother.
Used DFS and furniture village in the past & for all the sofas werent brill the service was excellent never had an issue in the past with deliveries like this.

*In response to sofology reply. I spoke to customer services before posting my review and who can do nothing about it. So why bother to email again? If you think its worth an effort as something may change then let me know. But I see another complaint here from a sofa ordered in early September now pushed back to Feb 2026. Shocking service that.

I visited a number of furniture stores when looking for a new sofa and sofology stood out by a mile, with both the service and the quality of the products. The customer service was amazing with no pressurised selling. Stacey was welcoming and extremely helpful on each visit that i made to the york store and gave me plenty of useful advice to help me with my decision on which range i wanted. I have, and will continue to recommend this store to friends and family *****

Very helpful staff when we needed them

I was greeted as soon as I came into the store by a polite and happy male to see if I needed anything. I was then left alone to look around. The other staff around the store were helpful, when I asked them questions. Jemma completed the sale and was knowledgeable and pleasant throughout. This was my first visit to the store and would come again if I needed another sofa.

The staff member was very knowledgeable regarding the product and services.
