We love our new sofa
Six months on and we love our new sofa. The staff at Sofology York were very attentive, knowledgeable and we found the sofa we wanted. Happy it was in stock so it could be delivered after a couple of weeks. The payment process was a bit confusing though and the website did not work for us, so we had to return to the shop a couple of times to make the payment.

Great Service
Great Service, Tim was brilliant explaining our new purchase, delivery and upkeep. Would highly recommend. Tim and the rest of the team all really easy to communicate with, and discuss our requirements and any concerns.

Very polite and helpful staff
Very polite and helpful staff , not pushy or pressured into anything , answered all my questions and explained everything , I ordered a sofa got home and measured and was too. Big , I called to change sofa and it was so easy staff were very understanding and helpful. Couldn’t be more simple and stress free
