Anita was so helpful and explained everything very carefully. We initially thought that there wasn't a corner sofa in the shop that would work for us but she kindly explained that a lot of the sofas in the store were available as corners so we took another look around and fell in love with one! Thank you Anita for all of your help.

Pina was brilliant. We saw her on our first visit, to browse around as we were considering replacing our sofa which we originally bought from Sofology about 9/10 years ago. It is relatively in good condition but i was starting to have problems with the comfort for me. So we decided Sofology was going to be our first choice for buying a new one.
A week later we returned and Pina helped us again to make sure the sofa we were already very keen on, on our first visit was definitely the one. I wanted to try some similar to the one we liked. We ended up with the original choice. She was so patient with us😀. She was really lovely to talk to and explained everything we wanted to know.
From sofa choice and leathers etc through to the purchasing. Can't recommend our experience enough. Thank you so much Pina.

Really helpful assistant called Anita in the Maidstone store. Although we'd already decided on our purchase, she helped us through the process of the sale, delivery and everything else in a very friendly and not pushy manner.

Entered showroom a gentleman approached us as I now now as Collin no pushyness and cheerful which is great as some are after a look round asked a few questions and Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products etc which in the end I purchased a sofa we liked a coffee too great experience

I came into the store near enough at closing time ‘just to look’. However I found the sofa of my dreams. The lights were out, the music off, but Nick (Aylesford) was brilliant and did the sale for me.

She demonstrated a professional, calm demeanor while highlighting various sofas for sale to meet our needs. We were thrilled with the service of 'Emma.' who is a real gem in the branch there. We brought a sofa and love seat which arrives in late July. thankyou
