Bought a sofa in store with a finance agreement and was told that I could ammend my order within 48 hours. Assuming this encompassed cancelling the order I went along with it, however when I rang to cancel my order after changing my mind they told me I couldn't. After numerous calls (they were quite evasive to my questioning) I eventually found out I could cancel it but I would have a fee of 40% of my order. Why? I have no idea because I could ammend my order in anyway you could imagine, even buy a completely different sofa! So they locked me into an order for no reason but because they could. To make things worse, I found out that it was because I ordered in store and not online! Worst service ever, never going back here again.

Never get disappointed when you visit Sofology. Staff is very friendly, helpful and do above and beyond to help you in all the way they can. It’s sad to know they are not selling decor accessories anymore.

Absolutely terrible experience with Sofology.

I am still waiting for my sofa and have not been given any confirmed delivery date. It is completely unacceptable that after taking full payment, they cannot even tell me when I will receive my order.
To make things worse, they delivered a “loan sofa” to my brand new house — and it’s in two completely different colours! It looks ridiculous in my living room and is honestly embarrassing. This is not what I paid for and not the service I expected.
Communication has been poor, with no clear answers and no proper resolution. Customers deserve honesty, accurate delivery dates, and basic quality control.
Very disappointed and would not recommend.

The staff at Sofology were very helpful and knowledgeable. Hugo showed us round, answered all our questions, and was very patient with us, despite me being very indecisive and probably quite annoying. He was incredibly polite and helpful, and we are very happy with the sofa we decided on.

We saw Scott who helped us choose the sofa we loved. He was never intrusive or pushy just let us go at our own pace round the store but was readily available to us when we had decided what we wanted
