I saw a lot of positive reviews on here…

I saw a lot of positive reviews on here which were only about the in-store experience but wanted to wait until I had received my sofa, to make sure my review was balanced.
Our in-store experience was fantastic- no pushy sales, just good advice by a well-informed lady at the Enfield store.
Today I received my sofa, after arranging a convenient day and yesterday being given a more accurate time slot. The delivery was seamless, two very friendly guys delivered and installed the sofa in less than 20 minutes and took all the packaging away with them.
I'm extremely impressed by the whole experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sofology or buy from them again.

A warm, welcoming and calm experience. A tailored experience, knowledge based without any hard sell. Thoroughly enjoyable! Whilst I could have made the purchase online, there are some experiences I feel need the personal touch which Diana excelled in providing. Thank You.

A shop we feel can be trusted

We was greeted with a smile and wasn't hassled. We was shown other furniture to try but not push upon into making a choice. We were told all the t&c before we made our purchase. More than happy to recommend Sofology over a previous furniture store that had used who had let us down badly.

I bought a sofa from Sofology clearance…


I bought a sofa from Sofology clearance at Enfield for fast delivery, but realised shortly after that it would not fit my space. I cancelled within 48 hours but have not received supportive customer service and feel pushed to exchange rather than cancel. I expected better clarity and flexibility from a retailer of this size.

Good sofa, appalling aftercare

Bought a beautiful sofa from Sofology, waited the 12 weeks delivery and paid for the fabric protection service. The sofa was delivered and arrived with feint marks in a number of places where they have done the fabric protection. I reported this and was told a technician would come out but can only do week days. I am in the office 5 days so this does not work as my company are very inflexible. I should not have to take a days holiday for an error on their side. I have paid approx £1500 for the sofa, extra money for the protection and 6 weeks post delivery I am still waiting for Sofology to find me a solution. I am unable to use the sofa as need them to inspect it as it was delivered.
I would not recommend at all using this company. Product is good, service has been appalling.

I am 85 and use a walking stick but am…

I am 85 and use a walking stick but am fully campus mentos. I came with my son to buy a new sofa. Your salesman ignored me speaking only to my son although he did explain the sofa was for me and I was paying. I loved the sofa I have bought but I did think of leaving due to his attitude. On leaving he asked if I needed the toilet! Offended? Absolutely.

I found, the staff both in store and on the phone courteous and extremely helpful without being pushy. And I love your furniture!!

Isit expensive yes. However you pay for what you get so for what your buying its decent price .
