We discovered the goose-down pillows…
We discovered the goose-down pillows during our stay at the Sofitel St. James in London — and absolutely fell in love with them! We later purchased them from the Sofitel Boutique, and the whole experience was flawless. The purchase process was easy, the selection is wide, and the delivery was incredibly fast. The pillows arrived perfectly packaged — not vacuum-sealed — and in pristine condition. They are simply wonderful! We highly recommend the Sofitel Boutique!

Mattress definitely not the same..
My husband and I stayed at the Sofitel hotel in Tahiti in September of 2024. Not a day had gone by that we did not think or dream about the bed we slept on there. Seriously the best and most incredible sleep I've ever gotten on the most comfortable mattress I have ever laid on. On top of that, my husband and I couldn't feel the bed move at all when the other was tossing and turning.
Unfortunately ... The mattress we purchased and received is nowhere close in comparison. The mattress brand according to the Sofitel boutique is a custom-made bed called "My Bed."
We received the mattress and felt it was MUCH more firm and just not as comfortable as the bed we remember. We have given the mattress over 2 months before leaving a review, mostly in hopes that the bed would soften up with use/time. This bed is incredibly firm and we can feel each and every small movement which is nothing like the "My Bed" mattress we slept on previously.
Also, when we received the mattress, it clearly has a tag on it stating that it is a "Serta Perfect Sleeper"
Honestly with the money we spent, you are better off going into the store to try out this Serta bed. Just so you can be sure that it is what you are expecting. Also, it'll save you a ton of money. This exact mattress is MUCH cheaper at our local store.

Very professional retailer and reliable and fast shipping. I bought already several pillows, a featherbed and lately a fitted sheet from the Signature series.
For my latest order I must admit, that the shipping cost seemed a bit high for a single fitted sheet. Also the quality of the Signature series sheets is not a level I would expect in that price range. Next to another mid-price brands white percale pillow cases it appears not as well made, has a rougher surface, the white has a cheap color tone to it and the material is thinner. It looks and feels in the end more like a mattress cover rather then a premium sheet. I can not say anything on its longevity yet. Next time I would rather try out SoBoutiques more expensive percale or satin series.
The pillows and featherbeds have exceptional quality though, which I would rate 5 stars anytime.

Order #SOFF***4584 – 9+ weeks waiting and still no mattress, no delivery date, no interim solution, no compensation.
Sofitel Boutique continues to advertise a 4–6 week delivery time while clearly unable to deliver.
This is clearly misleading advertising.
To make matters worse, they do not even respond appropriately to emails, often with long delays, and phone calls provide no accurate updates.
A so-called luxury brand treating customers worse than basic retailers.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, I received no email receipt for my purchase and had to chase only to get very surly replies. Then no notification of despatch and attempted delivery. It was only the kindness of the DPD driver trying my house one more time before returning to sender that made me learn my item had been sitting in a local shop for two weeks. The product is good but I wouldn't be using this seller again.

Our stay at the Hotel Métropole was outstanding, they thought of every small detail and every staff member went out their way to help and fulfill all of our wishes! They even offered to reimburse us the one night stay as we needed to leave one day early because of the typhoon and they tried to rebook our flights. We will definitely come back!

Disaster of a delivery but the mattress…
Disaster of a delivery but the mattress is comfortable or it would be 1 star. I ordered a King to be delivered to Portugal which cost 700 in white glove delivery fees. The first delivery was painful as they can only call you and if you miss the call you cant call back or email. The mattress arrived as a superking. The replacement was in Lisbon fast but the second delivery is beyond painful. They call and dont leave a message, it triggers an email you cant reply to, you email sofitel and they say they are trying to contact you. You can email Spain (where the company is based) and they forward an email to someone else. Farcical for a normal delivery but when spending that much money on a supposed premium delivery, its a complete joke. Best to sleep on their beds in their hotels.
- Note their reply came 6 months after .... hilarious
