Had to take them to court!

Had to take them to court!
Called them in to fix a broken frame on my sofa. They were in there for less than 30 minutes, slapped on a tiny bracket and took my cash. They thing broke in 1/2 day.

The whole thing took months to resolve and in the end I had to take them to court and call the bailiffs.

Avoid like the plague!

Paid £200 for leather repair and ended up with nothing :(

Paid over £200 to have my leather sofa treated where it had become old and cracked

Asked several times before agreeing to ahead if would be permanent / at least a couple of years and was assured it would be.

After first visit the new coating started coming off within days - so they agreed to come back and were confident it just needed more gloss.

After 2nd visit exactly the same thing happened a few days later and the coating was completely gone in a few weeks.

I had to chase up many times over many weeks on phone and email and was promised call backs - and when I eventually got hold of someone I was told my leather must be contaminated so it's not their fault and they wouldn't even consider a partial refund let alone a full one.

Considering I ended up with absolutely nothing for my money, and I specifically asked about longevity of the treatment - then I find it wholly unacceptable,

Hoping this review will save anyone else the hassle.
