We purchased the Marlow 2 seater sofa, must admit was a bit worried as to what to expect as had not actually seen it except on website. Am so pleased with it now it's arrived. Value for money, really comfy, I'm only small & some seats are so deep I'm always sitting forward, this is perfect. With a Quick delivery. As soon as we've saved a bit more money. Will be buying another one to match

From visiting the showroom in Warrington to taking delivery of my Bari sofas and large footstool was an excellent experience. There was no hard sell and the Manager of the showroom let us browse alone until we decided what we wanted. I ordered on the Saturday and sofas were delivered on the following Thursday by 2 delivery men who were also excellent. The quality and price of the sofas is awsome and I can't recommend Sofaland highly enough.

Despite some difficulties at first, the service was great and did an amazing job of sorting things out, without any additional costs. Would highly recommend.

Very good, would certainly recommend to friends and family. No quibbles at all.

I bought the pouffe via Ebay, and had an email from the seller about 4 days after purchase asking to call them as they couldn't contact me via the number provided. (Home number, which had no missed calls on the caller log?) When I rang, and pressed Opt 2 for warehouse, I left 2 voicemails as both times no-one answered.
I called on a Saturday, and it went straight to the sales dept who advised me to call back Monday as warehouse not in at weekends. When I explained I'd left 2 messages, the gentleman suggested I call him back Monday and he would put me through. I did this, but he couldn't get anyone to pick up, so took my details, and said someone would call me back within the hour. An hour and a half later, I called him again, as I'd not had a call. He said he would chase immediately. Within 10 minutes I got a call from the warehouse, and delivery was arranged to suit me that week. Delivery arrived as scheduled, and we're very happy with the item. Just the warehouse that needs a bit of attention with regards to customer service.!

I had looked around for a new Sofa suite for some time then came across Sofaland. The prices appeared to be very competitive and they had a good range of designs. I was a little apprehensive about the quality of the product because I ordered the suite on-line without seeing it in the showroom, however, when the suite arrived all of my worries disappeared. The quality of the suite is excellent, far better than I had hoped so I am very pleased.
I found the pre-delivery communication was very prompt and the delivery was very quick, within 2 weeks from Order placement.

I have nothing but praise for Sofaland. The online ordering was easy. I had quick and helpful responses by email and phone. The Sofas were delivered on time by two of the nicest delivery men you could wish to meet. And I am very pleased with the sofas I chose. A fantastic transaction from beginning to end.

When I ordered my sofas from Sofaland, we were given a delivery time of 7 - 10 weeks. However, they arrived early after only 5 weeks, in time for Christmas. A courtesy call from Sofaland giving me the delivery date, and another call on the day from the delivery guys, letting me know they were on their way. Great friendly service from the two guys, who promptly assembled the sofas and placed them where we wanted them. Excellent quality, Excellent service, Highly recommended.

I placed an order for a very large sofa on Sunday with a predicted 1-3 weeks delivery time. The sofa was delivered by the Wednesday morning at no extra cost. They call you to arrange everything personally instead of simply sending an email or a text. They also called as promised half an hour before delivery so I didn't have to wait in. The sofa is extremely comfortable and great quality. Excellent value for money.
