Very speedy delivery.never purchased a sofa I’ve not sat on. It’s Firmer than I imagined but I like that ,beautifully made. I like the idea of supporting a British company. Will be ordering again

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. After ordering a nightmare sofa from dfs we found a lovely velvet sofa. Asked a few question which were replied to very quickly and ordered a sofa to be delivered in 2 weeks. Communication was amazing delivery came bang on time and we love the sofas!! Highly recommended 👌

I was worried my order wouldn't arrive before Christmas as 6 to 8 weeks from order took it to early December.. but hey.. it arrived as promised 7 weeks from order. The measurements on the Web were exact and it fits perfectly. I've never bought a sofa I've never seen or sat on before, but I needn't have worried.. it is beautiful and extremely comfortable. I feel happy that I've used a British company.. less impact on the environment. I would highly recommend anyone use Sofa.

I purchased two 2 seater Josie sofas and I have to say I am really pleased. They look very smart, the fabric is really comforting, and they are comfortable sofas. Not squishy - they are firmer than that, but that's how I like a sofa and I'm really pleased. Perfect for entertaining, and just as good for relaxing. I was replacing a sofa from Laura Ashley and was naturally worried about the risk of buying one, untested, online. But having read the reviews I took the chance, and I'm so pleased I did. I thought I better leave a review too as I know how helpful they were to me. Well done Sofahhh! All round, excellent service and product.

I am very pleased with my two Archie sofas.
I was concerned not seeing them in the flesh.
But all good colour and fabric are lovely.
It is also very comfortable.
Delivery good and quick.

I ordered a swatch sample off the sofa I wanted to buy which arrived quickly but it was the wrong sample. I sent email explaining the problem and I got a fast reply and the correct swatch arrived within a few days. I have now ordered the sofa which was a very easy process and am now a waiting its arrival and praying that the don't make the same mistake as they did with the swatch. Very happy so far with Sofah. The swatch mistake is the reason I gave a 4 star review.

No hesitation recommending Sofah for online furniture purchase. Two sofas delivered on time with desired build quality. However, most impressive part of the transaction was the kind, efficient and helpful responses from their administration when ever contacted.

I have only ordered fabric samples so far but these were dispatched very quickly. An email query I had was answered quickly as well.

Ordered two Sophie three seaters online .
Asked for swatches these came next day, beautiful colours so we went for it in duck egg.
Four weeks later the sofas turned up, delivery excellent also the drivers very helpful

Ordered the Archie 3+2 bundle and I’m so happy with it 😊. Dealt with Sammy as I wanted to order matching cushions and she was more than helpful in organising that. Sofas arrived in perfect condition and for the price I am so pleased with the quality. Sofas arrived well within the allocated time. Would definitely recommend.

What a super reliable local company. The sofas were ready in 4weeks. Other firms take 14 weeks(and counting). I chose a different fabric and it was added with no extra cost. Visit the showroom and chat to the staff. So so pleased. Can’t recommend this company enough.

Beautifully made and looks great in our conservatory.
It was that stunning we immediately ordered a matching Tub chair to complete the set.

Delighted with the sofas. Delivery was very efficient. Really helpful delivery men, unwrapped the sofas and put them in place then took away all the plastic coverings. Job well done!

Poorly made sofa feet which have badly scratched our newly laid wooden floor due to metal pieces sticking out of the bottom. Two of the feet were also very badly damaged. We have now been told that we should expect to wait 3 weeks for replacements to be delivered, even though the feet are suppposedly ready and waiting to be collected from their warehouse?! I thought this company were based in the UK? So we are now stuck with a large dismantled sofa in the middle of our living space for a further 3 weeks... because of their mistake and poor quality checks. They don't seem at all interested in exploring a faster delivery option in order to right their wrongs, which seems absurd to me and completely unacceptable. Atrocious customer service as far as I'm concerned. And I think most would agree!

We are delighted with our new sofa. We were kept up-to-date with its progress and the delivery company were on-time and very helpful. First piece of new furniture we've bought in 50 years of marriage and it is attractive, comfortable and ideal for our room.
We couldn't be more pleased.

Excellent quality Sofa. Really good build and materials. Looks like it is built to last, unlike many I looked at. British made as well. A little wait, but came within the 6-8 weeks estimate. First class delivery experience (read some reviews on this, but the delivery team who brought mine could not be better)

Ordered a swatch of Duck Egg, perfect colour. Then ordered Josie 2 seater settee and chair. Have now ordered the Accent chair and banquette. Very pleased with quality and appearance. First class delivery team.

Love my new sofa and footstool, we ordered the Josie 3 seater and matching footstool in beige. It was great that I could order a sample of the material before I ordered for piece of mind. A 6-8 week wait is a lot shorter than any other large chain and I would much rather support an English company. The sofa was reasonably priced as ordered when on sale and I absolutely love it. Its exactly what I wanted and very comfortable.
