Extremely uncomfortable sofa but also badly made with a hole in the fabric, would not recommend anyone buying, best go to a shop and see what you are getting

I have had my two Josie sofas for three years now and they still look fantastic! They are so comfortable and look like new. I was so worried about buying online and especially as they were not expensive, but I needn't have worried. Great fabric, sturdy frame and fantastic value for money.

We recently purchased two 3-seater Archie sofas which were at an amazing discounted price as Sofah were renewing their designs. I purchased without seeing them or requesting a fabric sample. I felt confident in doing so because of the excellent reviews I had read. I cannot recommend this company enough. They arrived within 4 weeks and the delivery men did their job efficiently and quickly and were utterly delightful. As for the sofas - as I sit on one of them comfortably writing this review, I couldn’t be happier. Fantastic quality. Thank you so much Sofahhhhhh!

Sofa arrived with a hole in it. Delivery therefore not accepted - for a week trying to get some sense out of Sofah to get monies returned but after one returned email last Tuesday I have been ignored completely since then. There is no phone number only an email address - the stock is attractive and I really wanted this settee but the customer service is worryingly absent - what is going on?

Couldn't believe how beautiful and comfortable thr sofa is. The extra cushions are amazing. Cannot recommend enough.

Excellent buying experience online but I didn’t hear from Sofahs until now to answer trust pilot questions!
I’d have appreciated a ‘thank you for buying from us’ and an update on when I can expect the arrival of my sofa

Delivery was quick and great. The sofa is not comfortable and frankly the picture on the site is misleading!!
The back part of the sofa is too straight therefore not comfortable.
Very disappointing

Sofa is really nice quality , guests love it and we managed to squeeze it in the front door.
