We ordered two three seater sofas from sofa factory to our sizes coverings delivery time was a few weeks the cost was below half the price of three other high street outlets CAMEY was fantastic
We order a single chair to match they covered our old foot stool that was in the family for years the free scatter custions were a surprise fantastic service fantastic prices hundreds of designs to chose from and thousands of fabrics to chose what a fantastic place before you buy from somewhere else drop in sofa factory first

Absolutely thrilled with the job the upholstery job is just perfect. Can't believe what a great job it turned out. The staff were so nice to deal particularly the lovely gentlemen who collected & returned the furniture. Worth every penny.

I am claptrap family member and after watching videos from Clap trap, nominated sofa factory in New Delhi for all of my furniture for all my curved furniture which included
1. 2 X Beds with side tables and mattress
2. 1 X Master Bed room bed and mattress
3. Curved sofa set with side tables
4. 3 X console tables with one mirror
5. Chest field Sofa set
6. 1 X dressing table (curving)
7. 1 X bar unit
8. 1 X crockery unit.
9. 1 X dining table
Within few months, all wood started pouring down powder from all the places in the furniture. When one of the carpenter inspected furniture he informed that Wood used for all this furniture was not good with very low quality. Mr. Vishal Puri is not answering my calls from past few months and when I called other guys, they are just saying, we shall send someone to fix or replace the wood but no one was showed up. I had full trust on Mr. Vishal Puri when I was purchasing furniture but now it turned up to be wrong. I don’t recommend this vendor as they are cheating customers with low quality wood. Pics and videos of furniture can be shared.

It's taken me 6 months to write this review as I have gave the company time to rectify. I bought a Bella chair and footstool it's near to white so it's only for decor purposes luckily because everytime anyone sits on it all the fabric creases up and one of the folds comes loose. The foot stool isn't finished but when I contacted them they did promise to send me a new one, this still hasn't arrive and clearly never will so I've gave up. I was going to get two sofas made from them but I will not go back now. Its such a shame as if made properly this would be a lovely piece of furniture however its not finished and isn't worth over 2k.

Sofa ripped almost straight away after repair man came out eventually it ripped again but no1 came out the second time. Now the sofa is slowly deteriorating after a year and 2 months. Customer service is ignorant and no help what so ever spoke to me horrible. Avoid this company if you value your money .

Address is unit 2 watchouse business park limerick but he's well gone. Also found under kenko home on solocheck.ie. I've tried tracking this fella down. Also found addresses for him in castleconnell and one in 7 urban flo bandon co cork where he had a santas grotto business. Phone number found of 089 9441792. Found vat numbers also for kenko home which sofa factory was registered under IE1742362SA. An absolute scammer.

Someone was looking for his name on this it wont let me reply. His name is dawid pasternak as far as I know. We are still trying to find an address to get our money back. Apparently theres nothing in the address from the place he has on facebook.

Looking to find out has anyone a surname of any of the management or anyone theyve delt with from this company??

We ordered a TV unit with led light and sofa costing 912euros.. They delivered a wrong sofa and no light so we decided to return the items and they accepted but didn't want to refund us... Upon so many messages and emails, a lawyer friend asked us to write a Pre action letter which we did... Stating in the letter that my husband video them when he came to their warehouse... I think that freaked them out and within 5days, our money were given to us... I think they are 2 polish guys doing this and they need to be arrested..
I can't imagine how many people they have scammed so far🤔

If only I had read the company reviews before my purchase. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! We have got sofa with damaged bottom. We paid 814 euros cash. No paperwork was given. All the parts was wrongly settled which we had to rescrew the right way. They never answer neither phone nor emails. They deleted our account on their page. This is their habbit to make business - pure scammers! I am sending all the details to Consumer Protection Commission and advise all of you guys to do the same. At least we can close them down that other people wouldn't be victims of this ridiculous products and service.

I did paid €1024 for a corner bed sofa and i have to say that the sofa is a poor quality, the pillow cover is damaged and i did send them emails and messages on messenger, they did blocked me on Facebook so i can't send them no more messages, the Polish delivery guy was alone and i had to help him to move the whole sofa inside to the house.

Like others here i was caught after spending over 700 ..The sofa was damaged on delivery. They havnt responded and by the looks of things have closed the website to trade onlt.
Has anybody here successfully taken them to court

After reading the reviews I have decided to cancel my order. Thankfully I screenshot the order number as I didn't receive an email. I tried ringing but it's an automated system. Contacted them via Facebook messenger and told them I was cancelling. They told me I can't as my sofa has been dispatched. I told them I am cancelling. They told me they have a record of the call saying I confirmed delivery for tomorrow. I told them I am cancelling. I was then told no I can't. I said I am. So was then told I need to pay the courier €79 tomorrow when he arrives between 9am and 6pm. I said that's fine but am not accepting the sofa. They told me I can refuse the sofa on delivery but must pay the courier.

This joke of a company sent me a different cheaper couch than what i ordered and paid for ,and the couch they sent me doesnt even go together,,i didnt know i had the wrong couch til the delivery driver was gone,
The delivery driver took 720e off me in cash and havent heard frm this company since, and when i tried to contact them ,they ignored my calls and emails, and also blovked me on facebook ,they are quick enough to rob your money and run,,everyone please stay away ,i dont want this happening to anyone else,
If this is happened to others as i can see from these reviews,we should all come together and take action against them, why should they take money off people and get away with it.😡😡

If only I had seen these reviews first I would have never made the mistake of buying from this pretend company. Paid nearly €700 for a sofa, thought I was getting a good deal. Was delivered days later than they advised. Randomly called by the driver that he was going to arrive. He dumped the sofa in pieces, couldn't answer a single question as he just delivers apparently, (he is well trained to act oblivious) I was concerned as to how I know I have everything and it is the sofa I ordered. Once he is gone, I only have Facebook to contact them.
My gut told me this was bad, I paid him reluctantly not knowing if I had all the parts and accessories required. Surprise, surprise I didn't, was missing 3 back cushions and the quality was disgraceful. I tried to contact them on Facebook, they didn't help at all and just stopped responding, seems to be a common issue. You can't leave them a review as that would mean less people would be scammed out of their hard earned cash, especially in these times. I thought I would try to save money, I have learned my lesson and should bought from a real company and spent that little bit more for peace of mind and after sale support if I had a problem. I'm going to take it further as they ignore every consumer right in this country. It has been a very upsetting and frustrating experience.
Please take this as a warning and do not buy from these scammers.

Cheap built great for the price once looked after worth the money... I'd recommend it watching for new styles and low price 👌

I wish I'd seen these comments before ordering a sofa from them. They are complete scammers and like others have delivered the wrong sofa to us . They delivered one that was €200 cheeper than the one we ordered and paid for in full. The sofa they did deliver was faulty and horrible quality, it came with no instructions and was missing a part. It was wrapped up so much in cardboard and plastic that we didn't realise it was the wrong one... They won't respond to Emails and have blocked me and my partner from Facebook... At the very least we want to warn others to stay away from this fake company... At a time when money is tight they have scammed hundreds of Euro. Please don't order anything from these people, the guards are aware of who they are and have had previous complaints. You may as well throw anyway your money if u order from them.. Hope this will help others in the future.
