Shocking Service!!
I ordered a Natuzzi suite from the the Fuengarola site in March and expected delivery at the end of June / beginning of July. I have still not received delivery, but worse still their communication is shockingly. They simply blame Natuzzi with no further information. I find this surprising as I am a regular Natuzzi customer in the UK and have never had a problem. Last week they promised that I could meet with a senior manager and promised an appointment, 6 days later I have heard nothing. In my opinion they are totally unprofessional and are offering me shocking service.

Extremely disappointed Iggy Arm Chairs
I wrote early in the year as I had problems with the 2 Iggy arm chairs I purchased. The cushions did not provide the support I had requested when I purchased them.
To cut a long story short I had the cushions replaced after a technician agreed there was an issue. Again, no change… “new cushions” but same issue and was advised that’s how the cushions are made, the foam density was in line with specifications of the design .
That’s it. I’m stuck with 2 arm chairs I can’t use.
Unfortunately I can’t attach a photo to this review (doesn’t appear to have the link available) … the pictures would paint the picture!! I would not buy from the store again.

Great company, quality products
Dealing with sofa sofa was a delight, we placed an order for a bespoke sofa, we were guided through the order process, material samples and product delivery updates very regularly. When the sofa arrived the delivery men were excellent, pleasant and friendly. Can’t recommend Sofa Sofa any higher

I have been waiting for my new couch since the beginning of November and still have not received this order. Why am I receiving requests to rate my experience when I still have not received my order?

Because of the Covid19 situation, the production have been closed for several weeks and it has ment that the deliverytime has taken longer time than expected.
