Beware: very slow in issuing refunds…
Ordered a sofa set through their eBay site on 16th May. Due to change of requirement, it was agreed on 21st May that I could cancel the order (before the sofa was due to be delivered).
However, I was not refunded the money until 21st June after I raised escalated a claim through PayPal
