3 seater Belmont sofa bed

I had a sofa delivered this morning from a third party. The sofa turned up damaged which I'm sure you can imagine I wasn't best pleased with. I phoned the Sofa Company straight away, they gave me a few options to resolve this. One being having some money back, another to have it replaced or a third party coming out to repair it which I opted for. They said if the waiting time was to long or I wasn't satisfied with the repair they would still replace it for me. I was very impressed how quickly this was resolved for me and especially the girl who I spoke to Francesca. She was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Sofa Company.

Lovely comfy sofa

Lovely comfy sofa, bought online. Delivery was quick compared to other companies. Only thing is that the colour is darker than expected, thought it would be chocolate brown. Nevertheless, pleased with my purchase.

Excellent company, quality goods at reasonable prices.

Excellent company, they sell quality goods at reasonable prices. When I was putting my Swivel chair together the instructions were missing so I contacted them and they emailed me back within minutes with the instructions. There were some issues with the accompanying footstool but they bent over backwards to help and the matter was swiftly resolved. The customer service team was very helpful and professional. I recommend the company and will buy from them again. Thank you Natalie.

Super sofa store!

We visited the Sofa company store in Bolton looking for a corner sofa. A really lovely, clean store with lots of different styles and fabrics. We never felt pressured as we had in visits to the other local stores. The staff we very friendly and extremely helpful. We now have our lovely new sofa on order! Highly recommended.

Love their sofas.

I have 2 of The Sofa Company's sofas, 1 and 2 seater electric recliner the other a normal 2 seater sofa & I'm very happy with both of them, they are so comfortable.

Sit back and relax with The Sofa Company

The Sofa Company, at the time of purchase, were superb. The website is well designed and easy-to-use. The customer service staff I spoke to following my purchase were superb - friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.

I feel that, while this is of extreme importance when considering future purchases and recommendations, after-sales service is equally as important. The Sofa Company, again, excelled.

I did have an issue with my chair after a year of use; however, the process of resolving the issue was handled superbly by The Sofa Company. They were extremely apologetic, and couldn't do enough to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Exemplary staff and service.

I can 100% recommend The Sofa Company.

Nothing too much trouble

I ordered 2 swivel chairs and they needed delivery to the Isle of Man. The help and guidance I received was excellent, as were the updates of the delivery to the Manx carrier in Lancashire.
The chairs are as described, comfortable and solid. Lee especially was very helpful with the minor issue we had post delivery in the Isle of Man. Lee went out of his way to help us. Highly recommended

Can't fault the company and it's…

Can't fault the company and it's delivery contractor. Everything went smoothly, but the ayston sofa I bought is just about the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever known . I find it unusable, such is the discomfort. The lesson I suppose is to buy from a store where you can try first.

Avoid…

Firstly their customer services representatives are excellent. But I ordered 2 swivel recliners, one arrived broken and while the other one was fine, the quality of the chair was extremely poor. The chairs were not well packaged, so it’s not surprising one was damaged in transit.

I received a refund for the broken chair without any issues at all, as I said previously the customer service representatives were excellent.

But I’m very surprised at the mainly positive reviews as the quality of the furniture was not good at all. Very thin leather and very little cushioning on the chairs.

I’d recommend spending that bit extra and sourcing your furniture elsewhere. They say you get what you pay for, so maybe I shouldn’t have expected much. But on the whole extremely disappointing.
