I’m the lucky one

Maybe I’m the lucky one, but I got the bag and it’s absolutely gorgeous just like on pictures. Customers services very prompt and helpful. They sorted my issue straight away. Although it comes from China, so I had to wait almost 2months for it,but it was worth it. Thank you

Very happy with my orders

Currently I have 6 bags from soera and I love all of them and I‘m very happy with all of them. The shipment takes a little bit long sometimes, 2-3 weeks, but the quality of the bag is worth the wait!

Very happy! …

I am shocked to read so many bad reviews on here regarding this on line store. I seem to be one of the lucky ones and cannot fault the company. I ordered two bags which arrived in good time and was super happy with the quality and description. I did have an issue with one of the bags being the same colour as a bag I forgot I had and when I emailed customer service they were quick to respond and deal with a return. They actually went above and beyond which has led to me ordering more bags and recommending them to friends also. I won’t be put off by the bad reviews and will continue to order from this company.

I contacted customer information and returned the item
I have contacted them many times to see if it has been received and they tell me no
Today the item was returned to me as the return address did not exist
It cost me 30 euro to return a bag that cost me 59 euro

The worst bag shop ever

After spending over 80 euros on clearly poor-quality items, I returned them in August 2024.
