Worst customer service I have ever had…
Worst customer service I have ever had in my life. I am shocked by how they treated me. They said it would take 10 days to fix my line trimmer and then they had it for almost a month and it was still not fixed. I went to their shop 3 times checking when it will be finished and was told that the part had already been ordered ( and didn't cost much at all to fix) and then two hours later I am told there is yet another part to order and will cost me 2,000 SEK! This does not feel honest. And now my machine is more broken than when I first left it with them It looks as if they dropped it as a bit of it is broken and was not like that before. My weeds are larger than me now and I still do not have a line trimmer that works. I will never go back to this place.
