I bought the intense XL, iam on my 2nd week and haven't noticed any difference in the colour of my skin, extremely disappointed considering the price.
I normally start tanning after around 5 days with nasal sprays.
I will not be buying any of your products again as a first time buyer I have been left unhappy.
Taztan nasal sprays are the best around at half the price.

Unfortunately companies on here are allowed to lie as much as they like. The reply to my last post was lies, I got no email response at all and spent £160 train to Kent to collect the package this week because they had added on 2 extra bottles and I did not want to let so much money go when they refused to post to my actual address. The other address is not my billing address anyway!? I haven't been there in 3 years???
I think they wanted me to order more for the address I am in now rather than just easily putting a new sticker with a different address on the parcel.
Your, now, two 1* reviews I hope were worth £100 or whatever you've got out of it

Appologies you feel that way - we want nothing but happy customers but i must point our the following;
We don’t have any reason—or ability—to choose an old address ourselves, as you mention in your first review this was an oversight on your behalf. If we were not communicating via email with you how could we have known your incorrect house was the one you told us you now rent out?
We are more than happy to send all communications we have had with you via email or social media, i think there may have been some crossed wires or the most recent replies must be in your spam, we have an email thread here of us messaging you firstly about the code that expired then about you selecting multi buy instead of single order and then an email asking where the item had been shipped to.
We ship to the exact address entered at checkout. Our terms state the customer is responsible for providing the correct address, and once dispatched we can’t change it.
You paid for 3 when you chose multipack we did not add 2 on we also reshipped the order unfortunately to the same wrong address meaning not only are we out of pocket on product we are also down on shipping.
You provided an address, and we shipped to that address. You contacted us and we replied—happy to share timestamped emails/screenshots privately (please also check your spam/junk folder in case our reply landed there).
We process a lot of orders each day and have no incentive to create issues over orders especially over a sum of such small amount—it only adds cost and admin for us.
We just want to resolve things fairly and quickly. If you email hello@sodamntanned.com with your order number, we’ll send the order confirmation (items/quantities), the address supplied at checkout, and the dispatch record so everything’s clear.
We have checked this several times now however If anything doesn’t match as mentioned, we’ll put it right if we are at fault.

Absolutely amazing products, i have never used nasal tanners before but i would highly recommend using the nasal tanners and the lotions

We’re genuinely sorry to hear you feel this way and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what happened.
Your parcel was unfortunately returned to us due to updated shipping procedures for mainland Ireland—something we’ve since worked hard to improve. We responded to your emails at the time and clearly explained that the parcel had been returned. We also followed up to ask whether you’d prefer a reshipment or refund.
However, before we received a reply, we noticed you had already reversed the payment via PayPal. At that point, it was no longer possible for us to issue a refund or reship, as the transaction was already disputed and out of our control.
We would never withhold a refund from a customer, and we regret that you didn’t feel supported despite our replies. We take pride in our customer service and always aim to sort things fairly.
Again, we’re sorry we didn’t meet your expectations this time. We do hope you’ll consider giving us another try in future – we’re always here to help.

I have been using this company for lotions and nasals for the past 2 years and couldn’t fault them , all products have been on multiple hoildays with me aswell as using outdoor in the uk and on sunbeds and I always see a difference within a day of using the products , highly recommend
