I was sold two orders when I asked for one.
I had seen a video promoting SodaPeak on Facebook. During the video I ordered the six pack. The video continued to offer a six pack add-on for which I expected a total of twelve.
When I got the order confirmations there were two separate orders, one for six and one for twelve.
I called customer service and Albert told me he couldn’t cancel the order but offered me a 15% discount overall. When I refused he offered 50% which I refused.
Albert said he would follow up with a manager. Within 15 minutes I got emails that canceled both orders. Checking my credit card both orders were refunded.
To much angst.
I have now received 3 offers to keep this order with increasing discounts.. I have refused them all, and asked that they discontinue offering me discounts, as I believe this is a deep scam, very well promoted.
