We completely understand the frustration and thank you for sharing your feedback with us.
Your order was shipped from Portugal on 12th November and according to the tracking information, it has arrived yesterday to your nearest post office. Under normal circumstances, it could have arrived within 6 to 15 business days, however, due to the current courier overload because of strike in Canada , deliveries are being delayed.
This information is all stated in our FAQs, and unfortunately, at this stage, we are powerless during these strike times, so we really appreciate your patience in advance.
I am confident that you will receive your order within 2 or 3 days, as we have other clients in the same situation and they are still receiving their orders. If this does not happen, let us know, and we would be happy to reship your parcel by express shipping or refund you.

They REMOVED items from my ORDER
I ordered a christmas gift and they REMOVED items without my consent because they didn't have inventory.
First, they should make sure that whatever is listed on their website is available and SECOND, consider that for people these can be gifts that CANNOT be incomplete.
If they don't have an item, they should ASK their CUSTOMERS what they want to replace it with, before RUINING their order.
I have no confidence in them delivering anything listed on their website.
