Raz and Michael are super knowledgable when it comes to Amazon! We have worked with about 4 other agencies prior and were pretty disappointed when the Social Influence team showed us how many issues were on our storefront and the improvements they made that helped us generate more sales with a higher ROAS and a lower ACOS... I have recommended two other friends to work with them and I am very impressed thus far.

One of the only Amazon Agencies that doesn't take advantage of companies. They did not gouge us, they put together a solid growth plan and walked us through everything. They truly feel like a partner and have meetings with us all the time explaining what is going on, and even what we have to do outside of Amazon. They are great and I will continue working with them for as long as we sell on Amazon.

As a brand owner it was important we partnered with the right company for our Amazon store, we needed to see results and have been through so many agencies. We are very happy with the service from social influence, Raz and Ken are very well versed and extremely supportive

Socialinfluenc. Is a terrible company to work with. These guys launched ads that got my pages locked then had me create a new page to get around that which also got my second page restricted.i do not recommend them at all. They did not fulfill their legally binding contracts which outlined all the work they would supposedly do for my business. As a small business it was truly a very devastating choice to hire these guys and I regret it completely. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well. I also had two other coworkers who hired them as well. One girl didn't have any ads launched after 2 months of working with them and the other girl only had one new client booked after running her ads for a month. They also told us that their team was local to Toronto which isn't the case. The main guy works from mexico and is difficult to get a hold of at times. No resolution has been offered to me for this matter although I have requested a refund on multiple occasions since they breeeched their own contract and couldn't fulfill the tasks. DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAM ARTISTS

Do not hire these scam artists. Social Influence found me and I was in talks with the team. The budget was too high for me. The digital marketer who was supposed to be in charge of my account made a back door deal with me behind Raz, the founder's back. The google campaign and email campaign was riddled with errors, my company name written wrong, and the best part a different companys ad account was hooked up to my shopify. Luckily, I had friends at Google who examined the campaign for me and explained to me how Branden, Social Influence's "digital marketing guru" was scamming me out of money. They initially pick very broad and obscure terms, promising to "adapt them", but purposefully take their time and make you blow through your daily budget. When the retainer needs to be repaid they promise other things. Branden forgot google keywords, forget to set up google shop, forget to add the conversions tab. Best of all he went behind the owner's back. The work quality is bad. They just blow smoke up your ass. Go on Fiverr and find someone for 1/5 of the cost to manage your ads and explain to you. Lastly, part of the $2,500 was to access a 50 k subscriber list to send my product to. Every week we were promised a campaign email and it was pushed back because he wanted to "evaluate". The 50k subscriber list is a lie and it's to coerce you to enter a 3 month agreement with them at $2,500-$3,000. Save your money go on Fiverr.

I've worked with Social Influence for over a year and won't work with anyone else for optimization for a couple reasons. 1. They're always ahead of the curve when it comes to innovative ways to garner real followers that will actually take interest in your brand. 2. They always pick up the phone and answer any and all questions 3. They are effective. There's a lot of scammy companies out there, but this is definitely not one of them. They are a real, hardworking team located in Los Angeles and they'll work tirelessly to help you achieve your goals.

I had a relatively low budget to work with and yet received high quality content —quickly too!

Weird reviews that say anything negative about Social Influence being a negative approach to authentic Instagram growth marketing. I have been doing digital marketing for about ten years for significant brands and have used the service on an ongoing basis for a number of clients, as well as myself. I've tried it all, trust me. Social Influence is the best. If you are not seeing the results you'd like, try utilizing your resources...it is ultimately based on who YOU target, not them. And the team is very helpful, even when it is just Instagram (unrelated to them) that spazzes out. I will continue to use and advocate for this company and anyone who calls it a scam should go to a seminar or something.

This company is a complete scam. I hired them to help with my Instagram growth and engagement and they LOST me followers. The only thing they did is unfollow a BUNCH of people, including my personal friends and family. So I had to figure out who they unfollowed and refollow them and send messages of apology, explaining what happened. They don't seem to have a single clue what they're doing or how Instagram works. Every time I tried reaching out to see what their plan for growth was or to inquire why I didn't see any of their promised (and paid for) services happening, I was ignored or given the run-around. I don't know what this company's real deal is, but if you ask me, their game is to steal your information. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY.
