I've been using this service for a couple of months now.Can't say that i regret it at all, it was quick to setup and get started. Then once ready you're
all ready, they give you a handful of suggestions, if you've got any questions or problems, their support is quick to help you resolve them.

The growth reports and analytics are handy as well.

Payment was set to auto-renew by default after I put my account on hold.
Paid 11,50 for 10 months straight without knowing it.

Good suggestions. Customer service was super friendly, though sometimes delayed in responding. Overall a great deal!

Same experience as other users have experienced: signed up for premium. No automation working . No customer service during weekend. Had to send 3 mails before getting an answer. Now they replied they have removed the automation and they will issue a refund which might take up to 7 days. We will see..

One of the biggest problems with other services like this is that they tend to be very generic and hardly ever useful.

SocialDrift is a step above the crowd in this regard. Their insights are surprisingly spot-on, and specifically customized for you. Also, their support team is very responsive and deserves a lot of credit, as they were easy to work with when I had any issues.

Incredible service. Following their suggestions has boosted my account to new heights. Would love to see an iPhone app for Socialdrift though.

SocialDrift is a ripped me off!!! Beware!!!
1) They stated my trial subscription was refundable within 3 days. I joined on a Sat. Mon was Labor Day so they were closed Sun and Mon. I tried to reach them on Mon for a refund and they would not issue it.

2) The reason I wanted to join is that I thought it was an automated service to bring you Instagram followers. But it is not! She told me just a few weeks earlier they changed how they operated and now they just give you advice on how to enhance your account with IG to get more followers. So for 39.99 every month, all they do is recommend adjustments you should make to your account.

I told her this was not fair and the public needed to be aware of the change because when you google their name every website says they are an automated service to bring you IG followers and even on YouTube there are videos explaining how to adjust your settings on SocialDrifts so their automated system will bring you more followers. They should have on their website in BIG BOLD letters that they have changed the way they function but they don't.
Be careful once you give companies access to you IG account as I did. After I complained to them about their service and demanded a refund my IG went from approx 124 down to only 73 followers. Does that seem strange to drop that much?

Follow up:
After writing this review, I was contacted by SocialDrift and they informed me that they issued the refund and asked me to update my review on Trust Pilot. They did indeed finally issue the refund.

They provide you with an individualized plan to improve your Instagram strategy. Occasionally the suggestions are somewhat common sense, but most of them are genuinely valuable. My only complaint is that the price could be a bit lower -- but they’re constantly offering discounts to new users, so it’s rarely much of an issue.

At first I was skeptical when I got an email informing me that SocialDrift was switching from automation to “insights”. I've been a customer for 5 months, and considered cancelling when I got that email, because it wasn’t what I originally signed up for. However, once I actually tried it out, it worked a lot better than I expected. I followed their suggestions and my account grew even faster than before.

IT'S ASCAM. Just paid $33 for a service that absolutely doesn't work, nothing happend to my account , I got a reply from socialdrift saying they are movng away from automation service and will now offer reccomendations to users on optimal posting time and comments reccomendations...well that is not what a signed for. Fake advertising and you won't get my money back!!

To anyone looking to grow their social following, do not use Social Drift. They are a complete scam and the good reviews on here are created by Social Drift to get you to buy their product.

I purchase a month with a 15% off code, I was charged the full price and nothing happened to my account, and I mean absolutely nothing. There is no one to speak to at the company except a crappy 'live chat' function which is just a robot anyway (or a person just copy and pasting generic responses because they don't speak English properly). I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund which has never come through and after chasing the company has gone silent.

Please do not pay for this service as you won't receive anything. Shame on you Social Drift, what a terrible way to operate a 'business'.

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I'd love to see a Mac app. We're using SocialDrift daily for multiple accounts and being able to manage everything from a desktop app would really make the job much easier.

Other than that we're super happy with the results and the new optimization feature rocks!

It is a scam. After paying one week I just got the same 4 generic recommendations. They also charged the full price even they show a 10%, discount.

Love the new optimization feature. Although there’s no longer automation, the suggestions and analytics for my Instagram have allowed me to grow my followers.

All working well until they "changed" their business model without announcing any of its customers. I had to wait and contact them myself to find out that they don't do automation anymore.

I asked for a refund and didn't get one.

Stay away from SocialDrift.

I started my free trial yesterday and today I tried accessing their website but it wouldn't connect. I'm scared for my user information details.

Charged me for service that was never provided.

Their onboarding support was great and they came across as very profesional. They even offer a money back guarantee. Once i actually signed up, service/platform wasnt working. And no one responded to my refund requests!

I will update this review higher or lower depending on how/if they respond. I purchased their premium "Automation" plan on the first day of a trial. Immediately following purchase I instant messaged their team asking how to set up automation features. They THEN informed me that they no longer offer those services (which is understandable considering how Instagram has changed certain policies and criteria over the last few months). I told the representative I needed a refund, and she said they would email me. 3 days later, and no refund, I received a subsequent email asking how the trial went!? I didn't even use the trial, and had requested a refund MINUTES after purchase. I replied to this email, and surprise surprise they didn't respond. So, before writing this review I went to find a way to "Contact us" and they don't even have a contact email on their site. Needless to say, I am not happy, and still need my refund.

UPDATE: 2 weeks have passed and still no refund, only words via their intercom instant message system. Don’t use this company...
