Not worth the 3 day trial. Results are so poor i don’t think that they use AI.

Used the service to research someone and canceled it no problem after my 3 day trial has up. Erin from customer care helped me out and it all went smooth.

ERIN was my support person and was able to help me resolve my issue very quickly. She had several suggestions on things to try and also asked for detailed information about my setup to troubleshoot further.

I had a good experience with the customer service rep who contacted me within one day. However, the results I found on another website were MUCH better (ex. reverse picture lookup). So, they still should improve their tools.
The same with the reverse lookup phone number. Their tool indicated without problem its pas owner but was not able to specify the current one (even if the phone is still working). Because of the limited results the 3 day trial price should not be higher. The indications how to cancel the trial and not to be charged any more are clear on their website. The confirmation of the cancellation has instantly come both from their site and from the PayPal.

It doesn’t do what it says it does. I put a picture in and got nothing. I put a name in from someone I met on a gaming site, and there was no match. I signed up on a Friday and I tried to cancel this morning and I got charged for another month because they’re not open on the weekends for you to cancel. I find it to be very fraudulent.

Erin called me back twice on the same day! She was super personable and helpful.

Erin was very friendly but professional and got right to the point .I didn't have to wait hardly at all and everything was taken care of within a minute or two cuz I didn't understand some of the directions but she made it very clear to me and I appreciate it very much

Erin was very personable and pleasant to chat with and she was very patient with me as I had provided lots of information but not the most crucial piece which was an email. Just as importantly, aaron didn’t kick the can down the street and try to defer taking responsibility for finding a solution. She is willing to escalate the matter to different teams that might be pertinent in this to the solution and was not taking the easy way out on anything despite her job probably requiring her to spend a lot less time per cal. That kind of dedication is not normal. It’s - it’s expected -aa40•estimated from my many roles either supervising or being a support person on the front line) out of random sample of employees in other words, 40% of people will do it in case you’re scared of math so that place is heard to be a star performer.

also they refused to refund and gave me long long bullshit text for worthless apologize that worth 0$
