Crap in a box your kid thinks is worth something!!!!!

Soccermysterybox was disappointing, the items felt cheap and definitely not worth the price paid

Ordered a mystery box for my son on the 10th November. To date, nothing has arrived. Son was very disappointed on Christmas day and cried. Contacted the company in the couple of weeks before Christmas, as I was unable to track the parcel. They said it was stuck at customs. I have however received a refund for the item, even though I hadn't actually asked for one. I was just enquiring at the time, where the parcel had got to. This makes me wonder if the item was ever sent in the first place.
Thanks for the reply, but nearly 3 months on, the item has still not arrived. I can't quite believe that it's still stuck at customs. Royal mail website says there is no tracking available with the order number.
Whilst I appreciated the return of the funds, which is why I gave 3 stars not 1, it still didn't make up for the heartache on Christmas day. No other item was going to replace this item that my son so desperately wanted. Very upsetting.

Long delay and I don't know if it will come in the end
It should have arrived before Christmas, but today is December 30 at night and it has not yet arrived.

All seemed a bit dodgy. Order number changed after 2 weeks. No available tracking saying item unknown. Email reply I received was far from professional or reassuring BUT the mystery box came and was great!

Its poor quality for the price.

SCAM. Recieved the box today. Does not look anything like the images. CR7 not on the box just a madrid sign.

Opened to find a hat, a random real madrid bag, bottle and just tat. No shirt or kit. Basically an really expensive temu box sent direct from china with a worth of no more than £10-15 and thats being generous.

Only purchased becuase my 8 year old was desperate for one for christmas, sent me the link and everything. (must of been from a youtube video or something so he knows what should be in them.

I placed an order on December 2 2024 as a Christmas present. I have not received an email confirmation nor the product yet. I can’t find order number anywhere. Is this site a scam? 8 year old was looking forward to this gift. Thanks soccer mystery box. No order id was ever sent to me.

Placed an order 16/11/24. Still have not received my order and am having no communication back from the company at all now. I have asked for either proof of delivery or a full refund as I have not received the product I have paid for. They were responding at the beginning but ignoring me now!

My son loved his surprise collection for his birthday

I ordered kids large uniforms for my grandson and after 6 weeks approximately I finally got them and they were adult largest! I was do upset after waiting 6 weeks and getting wrong size that I threw them inbtrash and ordered from another company and received them in 5 days and exactly what I had ordered.
I will never order from your company again.

Wasn’t aware about the size difference and it is to small and no refunds
