My experience went well considering their prices are very reasonable. I ordered a couple of baby onesies and they were a good fit for my baby.

This Company is a SCAM!!!! Do not order from them! I order a sweat suit for my husband Christmas gift, it took 1 month to be delivered. The sweatsuit was too large I needed a smaller size . I send them several email and called but i got no respond! All I needed was a exchange and no one reach out to me back!

Item didnt even ship until 1 month after the supposed delivery date. Was not offered any sort of compensation for the lateness and getting a response back from them was like pulling teeth.

I ordered a "bomber" jacket as a christmas gift well in advance of christmas. Arrived December 31st, so that was first problem. Worse, the jacket I paid $120 for is cheap and awful. A thin, cheap windbreaker with an iron on logo that was ironed on over wrinkles. Awful product. I guess i should be glad they didn't just take my money like it sounds like they've done to others. Not a good company and I'd avoid like the plague.

You order their products and they will send you a notification email with tracking number. You will never receive anything else from them since then.

On December 13th, 2024 for a Christmas gift, I purchased a Men's tracksuit and a baby Onesie. According to soccercustomize.com website shipping policies, purchases are shipped within 3-6 business days. Everything else I had ordered from other companies arrived or updated me appropriately, and in the case of JDSports, refunded immediately the pants I ordered for my husband that were sold out with their reputable store. -However, NOT the case for this scamming company. I noticed that soccercustomize.com had printed a shipping label the day of my purchase however it never updated for shipping. I sent an email inquirying about the expected shipping date as we were also traveling for a little over a week and typically I'll just schedule a package hold with the shipping company when traveling to ensure my package(s) are not sitting outside. Soccercustomize.com responded to my email informing me that my purchases were on backorder, in a tone that I as the customer didnt have other shopping options with more prepared retailers. I asked for a full refund, because I should have been notified immediately that the items were not in stock and given the option to wait. At the very least, their website should've reflected that and marked the items as sold out, like a reputable company would do. Instead soccercustomize.com sold items they did not have in stock and refused to respond to my requests for refund or delivery updates. I advise all to avoid this company at all costs. Save your money, time and stress. Shop a reputable company that values and respects a customer's time and money. I have not received my package, updated response or a refund from this company. BEWARE.
