Late to Ship. No Communication
Ordered early Monday because I needed the part before the weekend. Waited until Thursday with no ship notification. I sent an email Thursday morning with no response. (I ordered the part from Amazon on Friday for a Saturday delivery) Seems the part was shipped after my email. Did not arrive until the next week. (too late) I live local (1-2 hours away) and ordered here thinking I would get the part in time. Order from CIP1 - even coming from Canada the parts will get to you quicker.

Slow shipping!
Rather disappointed that it’s coming from Canada rather than California like your name suggests! Flared around in Vancouver BC for a coulle days, the migrated to Tennessee to US customs which made no sense to me! Surely there’s a customs facility closer than TN!

Ordered a starter for my uncles kit car, this was the only place I could find the specific one in stock… I needed it this past week because after my uncle passed, we had an auction company coming to look through his items to list. I check the disclosures on check out about shipping and it stated that “Priority items would be processed the following business day” and that all other orders would be processed within 48hrs. So I opted to pay an additional $70 for “Priority” shipping instead of the free shipping. I called 3 days later, because I still hadn’t received a tracking number and was informed I didn't select a shipping option that required next business day processing. I explained the situation and my understanding of their disclosure and the guy continued to get an attitude with me telling me there was nothing they could do. It’s day 8 now and I still have no tracking updates since California.
