Great store manager!

Order a small tasty triangle tray and was very disappointed. The meat sandwiches may have been tasty if the bread was fresh but the others had very little filling and were pretty tasteless. Wish they had been better

Yes the prices are a bit higher in something's. But overall we were alot happier paying for better quality food at a higher price from viola. But latey it seems the meat hasnt been kept cold enough or sending nearly expired products and my son has been getting sick alot lately. The chicken concerns me the most cause it seems to always been slimy now and gone bad last 2 times I shopped. They're good with refunds tho. But for the service I pay I expect proper meat that isn't expired and hasn't already gone bad before they gave it to me.

You can't help. You're prices and gaging are disgusting. Your Purina one dog food is six dollars cheaper elsewhere. Small bag of it is 15.99. 9.99 at multiple other shops. You report record profits at the expense of those who struggle. Your greed is staggering. So I've decided to never spend a dime in your stores unless a last resort. I will now shop for groceries at Walmart in Halifax where money goes soooooo much further. Hopefully others choose the same. Be rid of you in time. BTW your 2 for 1 is a joke. You jack the price on the single item and call it two for one. Your corporation is sickening.

Worst customer service ever, I asked for help from one of the employees and was denied.
This isn't the first time. Will never return to sobers in Angus.

Recently I have quite a good experience - while buying some stuff at the higher price than it had on the tag. Just in few moments I got my money back and the item for free.
Very nice cashier and appropriate company policy.
Although their pricing range varies deeply I would prefer excellent service to conflicts with hosers at those small shops next to my house.

I purchased a fish burger at the deli for $4.99 for a bun and a piece of fish.....nothing on it!!!!!seriously

Gouging Canadians in times of need.
Sobeys has been seeing high profits, at the expense of Canadians in this very volatile time. Upon review, I've noticed many other places offering the same or similar items at REGULAR priced for 15-20% below Sobey's 'sale' prices. These are both international stores and local small businesses. (Reference: Walmart, Giant Tiger, Dave's, Gateway, Pete's Frootique) On top, the quality of their produce is just awful, often wilting and going bad very quickly. It's sad many Canadians trust this "Canadian" company whom doesn't seem to care they are literally leaving some choosing between food and shelter. I would highly suggest shopping elsewhere, prices are much more affordable at the places above, at least in Nova Scotia.

sobeys prices are changing every week ,some items are up .50 cents and some higher...what i am pissed off with is there home made bread...they stopped making multi-grain bread and all there bread is in really small loaf pans and the price is the same...also there workers dont give a sh-t about you, they park there wagons in the middle of the isle and make you walk around them, and watch there price tags they put the price tags so close to another product that you will miss it...this is the rothesay store in rothesay new brunswick

Is excellent and goes above and beyond for her customers. She saved my life by being a prescribing pharmacist, my Dr. has retired so I am left going to medi-center until I find someone, having limited mobility makes this so difficult, Lauren was able to prescribe a medication for my condition, she is a caring pharmacy manager that always has time to be compassionate and empathetic. I am so happy that she is a pharmacy manager at my pharmacy. She is knowledgeable, efficient and offers seamless care, truly caring for her patients!

I have been with Sobeys pharmacy in Waterloo for more than 10 years. But I am so disappointed from the IT incident happened in November, impacted to my health that shuts down Sobeys services all over Canada. I have found Sobeys pharmacy does not care my feeling as a customer.
When I contacted to the regional manager, he did not even have the patience to listen to my concern. In the middle of the conversation, he hanged up the phone. I was really shocked by his unprofessional manner as a regional manager. It is so rude and horrible customer service and it is not acceptable.

Sobeys (North Park, Brampton)-continually out of stock on promotional items. I am not sure if its caused by bad planning or a bait and switch to higher margin items.

I was at Sobeys in Brampton location today. The one on 8975 Chinguacousy Rd Brampton ON L6Y 0J2 Canada. One of the clerk said they are sold out of pop that is on sale for 2 for $6.00. I told him I just saw someone getting it in the back.
Finally he went to the back and grabbed me 4.
I will not recommend this location to anyone!!!!

The Stores are bad enough. Now they try and use a French delivery service in Upper Canada (Voila). Bad idea....

I was just at Foodland in Wiarton Ontario on November 5, 2022 at approximately 12:15 PM
And I just witnessed an employee being belittled by a manager in front of his peers and coworkers and half of Foodland customers
What I heard was the most disgusting language And so unprofessional. I’m not sure why he didn’t go to an office and have a conversation with the employee instead of doing it the way he did. I later than saw the employee outside in tears trying to catch his breath not sure what to do next. I felt extremely bad for the kid whatever he did wrong was likely not that bad and did not deserve that kind of talk to him in the unprofessional manner. I really hope you get to the bottom of this. If your having Trouble keeping employees in this location I can see why there’s no way in hell I would ever work for that man

Sobeys gouge their customers. I went to Dollarama to buy some Betty Crocker cake mix for $1.75 a box and then went to Sobeys to buy some fruit. I noticed that exactly the same cake-mix was on supposedly on sale for $3.49 a box! Double the price!!

I do like Sobeys. But today I bought precooked lemon chicken they make up from the salad bar area. It comes cold and that was ok I would heat up at home. Well I just threw out everything i bought. One bite was enough for me and my daughter. Does not taste anything like lemon chicken. Thoroughly disgusted with this product.

I am sick and tired of Sobeys advertising a sale on a product and then when you go the very first day and early - it’s sold out. Costs me time and gas. Never shopping there anymore

Sobeys has by far the worst website of all grocery stores. Try to search for a product and you get recipes. Obviously designed by children. Quit shopping there as can hardly ever get to view the flyer online, very unprofessional.
