Sadly when I received the towel it was badly snagged in several places and so was sent back. Over a week later I’m still waiting to hear about a replacement. Soak and Sleep has been my go to for many years so this experience is very disappointing.

Awful quality, when customer service eventually replied after 7 days they informed me that replacement towels would not be in stock for 3months

I absolutley love these! I've always had the standard size towels and these bath sheets are just amazing. Just what you need when you get out of the shower, completely wraps you up and dries you off in no time. Can never go back to normal size now. They are so lovely and soft too. They wash well, I get asked why my towels are so soft and if they're new but they are indeed Soak&Sleep 👌
