Where is my god damn order?
I was ordering a lot at this website.
Now it is the first time I have order problems! I was writing with customer service- they said it will arrive in 2 or 3 days. That was 3 weeks ago.
After only three messages no one responded anymore.
My account was blocked and now my order (for which i paid) is not listet anymore.

I am waiting for more than 3 months now.
If you read this.
I want my money back!!!

Hi Maximillian, unless you are reffering to a different order number, your order number 100379228 has been captured in our system and paid for on March 2,2021, therefore it has been 2 months and not 3, nonetheless a very long time to still be waiting for your order. Your account has not been blocked. You may be experiencing some difficulties accessing our website because of the new website migration that has taken affect acouple of days ago. None of this is personal.
However, you are right about expecting a reasonable delay in arrival time and up until recently your orders have always arrived to you.
The answers you have received from our customer service team to date about your order were assumptions made on previous experience and were very probable up until recently. However, recently, we have been experiencing packages shipped to certain countries and not arriving to destination even after a couple of months. We realize that there is a serious problem and are working on fixing it. We should be able to solve this issue very soon. However, unfortunately, we cannot give you a clearer answer at this point and realize how frustrating this can be. We appreciate your continued patience greatly. We are aware that you are a very loyal customer and we thank you for your business.

They hold up ,never Receive my Order or any Tracking Number. They know, how to hold the money and the products for 2 Months and hold you at the line See Emails: SCAMMER

Happy to recommend them

Goods delivered as hoped for. Typically takes between 1 and 2 weeks for delivery to UK, which is fine by me! Still reliable, even after Brexit. Happy to recommend them

Been over a month, super slow delivery to Latvia

Edit: Order arrived, but shipping took around 36 days. If you order to Latvia, your order might be late also.

"Free Shipping - 6-20 business days."

It has been 36 days so far, and the "Parcel Tracking" was last updated on April 11 which vaguely states "In the process of being sent to the country of destination".

Right now I am putting 1 star, because I'm not sure if my ~$50 order will even arrive.

2 shipments did not arrive :-/

First of all I have to say that I have always been a satisfied customer of snusline. However, since November last year no shipments come through anymore.

I ordered a package on the 21st of November (#100366255 did not arrive) It was resend on the 11th of February (#100376739 also did not arrive). My next purchase was on the 8th of Jannuary (#100372024 did not arrive). This shipment was resend on the 24th of March (#100381784 still has not arrived)

I dont really know what has happened to these shipments because according to support they have not been captured by customs and did not get resend to the seller. Maybe you should start to track your parcels in order to locate them.

Its hard for me to remain a customer of snusline if I can not be sure if any of my purchases will reach me in the future...

As you mentionned in your review, we have tried to reship both your orders to no avail and feel that at this point, reshipment is no longer an option for both yourself and Snusline since it is quite clear that something else in going on here. You are not the exception; according to recent investigations, we've been noticing issues with orders to Austria for the last couple of months. As a result, we're working hard on a solution and trying different startegies. Please hang in there a little longer and stay in touch and we'll hopefully have some good news very soon.

Currency Comparison Feature Lacking

There’s no way to change the currency to see what their items cost in my Country, so I have no idea what I’m paying at the time of purchase. I’m afraid to do business with Snusline until they offer this easily integrated feature that the other Snus companies do.

Used to order my snus from snusline and always my order was good. This time have payed extra for fast delivery(3-5 days) was mentioned in the description, its been 7 working days so far and still waiting!
