My order never came, and they ignored the mail i send them. don't order

We are sorry to hear that your order has not arrived. However, we would like to point out that we do not ignore customer emails. It is possible that your message did not reach us or ended up in our spam folder.

Please contact us again and include your order number and order details so we can assist you properly. All our shipments are fully insured and sent via DHL. If a package is delayed or missing, we will immediately start an investigation with DHL.

Of course, we will always provide a suitable solution: either your order will be reshipped, or you will receive a full refund.

When I had an issue with one of my orders, I reached out to customer service. They responded quickly, and Olaf was extremely helpful, professional, and easy to talk to throughout the whole conversation.
