Great experience and fast delivery

I had a great experience with Snusbox.eu. The ordering process was simple and smooth, and the delivery was fast and reliable. The products arrived well packaged and exactly as described.

Customer service was also helpful and responsive when I had a question, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, everything felt professional and trustworthy.

Solid Products and a Reliable Experience

I placed my order from Germany on 6 April 2026. Everything went perfectly — delivery was fast, arriving as early as 10 April 2026 via DHL. All items were received exactly as ordered and in excellent condition.

I was particularly impressed by the attractive pricing and the clear, user-friendly navigation of the website. The store is not the cheapest on the market, but it is positioned more towards the lower end — exactly the range I always aim for to keep any concerns about quality or reliability to a minimum, and it usually serves me well - this time it was clearly confirmed by the excellent products and service I received.

All in all, it was a thoroughly positive experience.

Order never arrived

Placed an order, turns out the site was wrong and they were out of that particular snus. Waited until they get it in stock. Then they ship it out the first time, the package allegedly gets lost (tracking said it wasn't even handed over to the courier). They ship it out the second time, same story. All in all 21 days wasted, no snus ever arrived, tracking never changed.
The support is not lightning fast at all, it takes multiple hours for a response, however the support staff was friendly and helpful.
I did receive a refund for my order. My case might be a strange delivery company freak accident, but still a highly unpleasant experience.

Awesome experience

Awesome experience, everything was great and when the package arrived inside it was a free pack of gummy bears. I love this site and I sure will order more from there.
