I previously had the beanbag planet beanbag for my little girl and absolutely loved it, however with them having problems with website and delivery I decided to get the snuggle seat instead, £30 and £10 delivery I new how much I needed it so would be worth the money.
This seat isn’t anything like the beanbag planet one, when my baby boy sits in it it’s looks like it’s about to topple over, it could also do with more beans in although this shouldn’t be happening when a 7lb baby has been sat in it a few times.
I washed the top cover today because it had a few bits in and it’s gone bobbly and still has bits on even though I’ve tried to pick them off and get them off with cello tape.
I’ve recently contacted them asking if I have any chance of a refund but no reply as of yet
Would definitely not recommend

I bought the luxury snuggle seat when it was on offer, it was advertised to buy now whilst in sale so I thought I was getting the best price. The next day it was reduced by a further £20. I received rude customer service when I queried a price promise. The seat arrived and is good, nice and firm and supportive, but materials feel cheap and not worth the higher price paid. Alternative products that are similar and in the same price bracket have a more luxurious feel. Delivery was fast.

Really quick delivery!! And met all my expectations!! Was that impressed bought a second one to have at my child’s grandparents house.

Bean bad arrived before Christmas although delivery was 27/12 so very pleased. Product looks very good quality and grandson seemed safe and comfortable.

After having received my order which unfortunately had a hole in, I was issued a new one which arrived a few days later. I'm very happy with the product and my baby loves it! The customer service was brilliant and I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We struggled to get our little lad to get relaxed in his bouncer, but he seems to really love his bean bag, he nods right off when he’s in it.

Ordered the ‘Animal Kingdom’ seat for my baby boy (as this was in the boy section on the site) when it arrived it was baby pink and not suitable for a boy! I was advised that if I returned the item I would be refunded for both the item and my postage costs (£6.50), this did not happen and I was only refunded for the item! Very disappointed and would not order from SnuggleSeat again or recommend to others!

My LB loves it. I had seen it flash up on fb, the design colours caught my eye. Ordered, arrived and LB snuggled straight into it. Website really easy and didn’t encounter any problems. Covers are removable and washable. Great idea as I plan using this seat for a good while yet. Wish they did an adult version it looks that comfy.
