When saw at ideal exhibition, pillow was a lot softer and not so pumped up, plus cover was soft cotton, we got a high pillow with a rough cover

I purchased these pillows at the Ideal Home Exhibition in March and they were delivered the same week very comfortable pillows and a great service, I definitely recommend Snuggledown from purchasing, delivery and comfort

BEWARE SNUGGLEDOWN HUNGARIAN GOOSE DOWN AND FEATHER DUVETS.
With nearly 57 years of marriage behind us my wife and I have gone through a significant number of duvets.

We very much like a white goose down filling which is lovely and light but also warm.

Our last purchase was a king size Hungarian Goose Down and Feather (80%/20%) from Snuggledown, bought in Nov 2021.

Snuggledown clearly state on their webpages that “To keep the fillings in place; we [they] use a clever internal box construction which ensures no cold spots develop; keeping your body evenly warm throughout the night”. I think this is rubbish and totally misleading.

Overtime the filling in our duvet has migrated to the side pockets leaving the majority of pockets nearly empty and uncomfortable, and no amount of coaxing will even the filling out.

I contacted Snuggledown about this but all they have advised is:

“Our duvets are not fully stitched, and feathers could migrate over time and will require fluff up/ patting towards the opposite direction of the care label in order to put the feathers back in box. The duvets are also best shaken from side to side and pat the feather from short side to short side.”

So much for their "clever internal box construction which ensures no cold spots develop”.

In my opinion this product is best avoided as it has a latent design / production defect.

I replied to SnuggleDown a per their request. Their response has not made me think anything has changed. I recommend looking for other products.

Nice quality duvet, well presented and packaged and delivered quickly.

Non existent customer service!
Requested to return items on numerous occasions and heard nothing for two weeks. Following a phone call I eventually am sent a return label etc.
After a further two weeks and numerous emails I am eventually told they have no knowledge of the return.
So basically they are not willing to refund.
Sadly not once has engine been gracious or said sorry.

Quick service

Pillows sent don’t match the description of the one I ordered. Have emailed twice now and have had no reply back as I wish to have the pillows returned. Some response would be appreciated. This is a shame as the delivery time was excellent.

Product electric blanket - intelligent warmth (topper) Blanket good quality well made and value for money. However, the instructions for operating, are at best confusing , at worst useless! :-
Page 5. Using your blanket
Heat / Time settings - does not explain purpose of the timer? I cannot understand the purpose of long hours preheating blanket? Does the blanket switch off after reaching set temperature? and then keep it at that setting? Why leave it for 9 or 12 hours
After preheating why switch off before getting into bed ( does this mean set 0 on heat control? Or 0 on the on/off switch? Confusing!!
The instructions Using your blanket do not
mention how the overheat or cut out works when set to 0.
If the blanket cuts out after the timer expires why can’t you lay down to sleep? What if you forget to switch off the slide on/off?
Instructions say “ designed to pre heat” “should not be left on when you are in bed” “turn control off before getting into bed”. Why can I go to sleep and the blanket keep me warm for 9hours? What is point of timer? If I don’t get into bed how do I know heat setting and timer set as required?

Sorry, but either I’m being ‘thick’ or these instructions need clarification .

the pillows arrived quickly and i like them!

The mattress topper arrived a few days after ordering. The first night I didn’t sleep well at all as it was very hot (all materials are polyester). I contacted customer services via their online messaging platform about a return but never had a response.
