triple bunk bed
Just a heads up: the item is good quality, but the instructions are not detailed. The bottom section of the triple bunk bed I ordered has no space to sit, only for sleeping. That’s on me for not checking, but I assumed it would be standard. One of the wooden slats on the upper bed was broken, so we had to adjust the others to balance it. Returning it would be a hassle, so I have no choice but to keep it.

Dear Chinny_51091 thanks for your feedback! Sorry the instructions were not clear for you, the enclosed instructions are standard for flat pack bunks. The space between the bottom and top section of the bunk is also standard (dimensions on our website) Please call our sales team to arrange delivery of a slat, this can sometimes happen with the natural wood grain! Be very careful , before you buy check the warranty don't make the same mistake as we did.

Before you buy be very careful regarding your warranty, we have a problem with ours and Mark not willing to do anything about it , read the the reviews for the Bed Store Dundalk Before you buy as if a deal sounds too good to be true in normally is , we spent a lot of money on a bed surround and luxury mattress but now there's a problem they dont want to know and won't help us , you have been warned !!!!

Great mattress and great customer service.
Shortly after I purchased the mattress I received a call to explain that due to the type of mattress the delivery could be a bit longer than advertised. It was great to be informed that there might be a slight delay without having to contact the company myself, this is good service. The evening it was delivered the driver tried to contact me but I was unavailable but this didn't stop the delivery he called to my house and messaged me to let me know.
The mattress is a flipable, medium on one side and firm on the other. I've been using the firm side and am so glad I purchased this mattress. I've been sleeping so well, a bit sorry I didn't purchase this much sooner.
This is the second mattress we have purchased as my son had already gotten a medium mattress, he is also very satisfied.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.
