Actually I m a parent and I was having difficulties in teaching maths to my child and I was continuously praying that I should get an online class for my child for maths subject and my brother suggested me this class ,and believe me from the day we have joined this online classes my child became so expert in maths subject ,very much thanku to Abhay sir,he is very kind and intelligent sir ,other than studies he encourages my child related to studies and about future also, specially my son likes him very much ,once again I m very much happy for this classes 🙏👌👌

Abhay Saha sir is my daughter's teacher.He explains any subject with full dedication and easily understable approach.Akshat is co-ordinator and he manages whatsapp group and has good behaviour and respond politely and repectfully.I have joined tution on Nov25,and waiting for child's grades/result in end march26 session.I hope to get good feedback at child's result.

We are completely satisfied with the way they approach to cover extensively and ensuring the kid is understood and then moving for the next section.

The online calling service is good overall. The caller’s behavior is polite and professional, and the communication is clear. They explain the details properly and answer questions patiently. The service is helpful and reliable on the days when calls are made. The tone is friendly and supportive, which creates a good experience.
However, there are a few drawbacks. The calls are made only 5 days a week, which reduces availability. Also, the call duration is quite short, so sometimes the conversation feels rushed and not fully detailed. If the calling time is increased and made more consistent, the service quality can improve a lot.
Overall, the service is good but needs improvement in call duration and consistency to become excellent.

The teachers and the staff of devoted to their duties.
Whenever a class was cancelled either by the student or by the teacher, it was made sure that the class was taken on a letter date.

I came to know about SNS world from one of our neighbour, since then my kid is studying online. His teacher is Abhay Saha sir, he is really a great teacher. I appreciate his way of teaching and the way he explains is wonderful . My kid is happy as well . 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Some improvement i could observe for my child and can provide after the half yearly exam

Chapter explanation was clear and concise. Extra information was also provided by the teacher and special handwritten notes were given by him. Doubts were also solved in time and well. Connected topics with real life examples. Overall experience was great.
