Clearly lying about delevery times

When I was paying for my stuff, the estimated delevery was around 5 business days. I then pay and the delevery immediately changes to 10 business days. Then after 10 business days, I got an email that they only just shipped?!?

I bought my stuff 3rd of January. It’s now the 20th, and my package hasn’t even left Europe(I’ve ordered from Japan)

I was expecting to take my stuff on a touring trip, but I guess that’s not happening. Don’t buy from this website unless you’re fine with waiting a month. Don’t trust their estimated delivery, they clearly lie just to get you to buy.

I am extremely disappointed.

I have two issues with this company

I have two issues with this company. I ordered two helmets and returned one and still no refund £80 2nd issue I placed another order 21 November 2025 and despite repeated emails I still have not received the 3 ski helmets or a refund so 4 helmet refunds I’m waiting for! Please give me my money back.
We purchased elsewhere and have been on holiday.

Would never buy from this company again

I purchased some snow trousers for my daughter. When they arrived the quality was poor. I returned them the following day tracked delivery. Nearly two months later they have failed to refund me and customer service keep fobbing me off.

Don’t use is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t use I have been chasing for three weeks to get a refund on an order I’ve not received. Customer service is just bot messages and useless. Save yourself the stress not actually the cheapest option. Instead of replying to this review you could just deal with my order!!!!! To your reply. They really don’t take a long time to resolve. Do not use this clown company I bought…

Do not use this clown company I bought pair of ski Spyder ski trousers which been used twice and they developed a rip I was using no poles also how can they rip that easy.
This useless company used any means to get out of paying a refund I have contacted Spyder about this company I think they sell fake clothing and not real company.
So please avoid this company they will rip you off.

Terrible custumer service and returns policy

The indicated shipping date increased by 5 days after I ordered, which meant I was already in France by then. I re-ordered a second pair of gloves on their own website (not a competitor) to arrive directly at my final destination. Is it reasonable to ask for a free return of the first pair? Apparently, no, they won't even try anything. It's an 11£ return fee which is 1/4 of the item price. Customer service did not even try to offer a lower return fee or apologise. I will never shop with them again. Too unreliable, unfair returns policy, and terrible customer service.

Paid a premium (€25) fo shipping for them to not even pack the order - it’s been 10 days!

Paid a premium (€25) fo express shipping for it to arrive on time! (Ordered the 5th for it to arrive before the 16th) Funnily enough I bought only the products that said they would arrive in the time frame that I needed them for.
Snowinn has not even sent the order out to the shipment company I ordered 10 days ago. Customer service has been useless with just copy and paste anutomatic replies and now I will not have my ski equipment on time. I will not be using this company again.

Had I known the shipment times were nothing but a lie I would’ve ordered elsewhere and actually had my stuff on time

Oh and before you try say they don’t have an order number -here it is 65422703

Tradeinn blatantly lie about their delivery estimates.
This is followed up by bot responses, only to be contacted in broken English with more lies.

Terrible shipping time

Ordered a ski helmet on 22 Nov 2025 for shipping to Greece, for my oncoming skitrip.
Storage house of Snow Inn is reportedly in Spain, Europe (so is Greece).
Package arrived on 30 Dec 2025, while I had already left for my skitrip...

38 days of shipping inside Europe is a terrible time...

Ordered item is otherwise OK with a fair price. Will not recommend however again.
