Do not buy from this company. If you need to return an item, wrong size etc your return postage label costs you £11.99.

Company has poor customer service.

Terrible customer service and hidden fees

Delivery was almost 2 weeks late and I was charged in import fees to Switzerland. Customer service gave contradictory return information and refused any goodwill compensation despite the delay.
Not a reliable experience. Do not order here!

Since the customs duties are calculated according to the type/value of the goods and other factors unknown to us, we cannot include them in the final price. These and the applicable customs fees are automatically billed separately by the shipping company; please contact them as they handle this process.

That is why we point out on our product page (from where the item is placed in the shopping cart) and in the shopping cart that our prices do not include VAT and do not include customs duties (Switzerland, Norway etc.)

We point out on our homepage, in the terms and conditions and in the email of the order confirmation that our company is based in Spain.

In addition to the purchase price and the transport costs, you will also find the VAT stated as 0 on your invoice.

Miscalculated delivery timelines

When ordering from this site you cannot rely on the estimated time for delivery. My item was due to be delivered at the latest on 12 Feb and still on the 17 Feb it showing that the courier company in the UK is still to receive the parcel.

Not so sure about whether i actually got a new ski helmet - or it was a mfg defect - but the Uvex lid I got had a discontinuity on the side, also on closer inspection it appeared that there were handling smudges - hardest thing will be to do a return..

My return parcel was delivered 10 days…

My return parcel was delivered 10 days ago and still hasn’t been processed. This tops off a very stressful purchase experience.

I have now had two separate emails from the company saying my delivery hasn’t arrived but I have tracking from DHL clearly stating it was delivered to their premises. I am at the end of my tether

delivery is a failure

They really need to improve their shipping information. The range of products is great, and in some cases the prices are unbeatable.
Shipping, on the other hand, is a complete mystery.
Sometimes your order arrives in three days, sometimes after a month. Sometimes it's better to buy in separate packages because you'll be waiting for $1 panties because that's cheaper for them.
But that's a problem with their platform because they write “in stock,” and it's not in stock, and that's misleading customers.

Goggles not as advertised.

Ordered a pair of Oakley Fall Line goggles ( fire iridium lense ) paid for quick delivery , product didn’t arrive until a week later and wrong lense in goggles which was a further disappointment. Hopefully get a replacement or full refund.

I purchased an item as a Christmas gift…

I purchased an item as a Christmas gift for a relative. Unfortunately it didn't fit. I returned it having to pay £10.99 via their online portal returns..on December 29th and I finally received a refund at the end of January eve though it says refunds are processed between 7-10 days. I sent so many emails chasing this.. I did usually get a reply saying it hadn't arrived /been processed but the whole experience was awful.
