I was a bit nervous about the shop at first having found it on TikTok. However, the customer service was AMAZING with Jane, Celine And recently Yannis. She responded quickly and was incredibly friendly!!

After a delay from my own post office, my package finally arrived and I love it! Quality is as described. The SW CSR team was responsive and human which helps. I will buy more from them soon.

Snowears! Stay away from this company. Pace an order 13 days ago, and still no tracking number. No response from customer service, and at this rate, it’ll be late to arrive on time to use it for our trip.
Their Facebook page offer a WhatsApp contact that doesn’t work.
Customers service email that don’t respond.
Facebook messages service that don’t reply to.

I had a very positive experience with Snowears. The ordering process was easy, the website was clear, and my order arrived quickly. The product quality met my expectations and matched the description perfectly. Everything was well packaged and communication was clear throughout the process. Overall, a reliable company and I would definitely order again.

I love Snowears they have the best cool fits for skiing and snowboarding. Great quality too!! And customer service is great :)

After almost waiting for six weeks to get my package, it finally came. The quality is awful with thread everywhere. I just reached out to snowwears but their customer service is awful. They only think about the money and not the customer.

I bought some snow pants in the wrong size and I totally acknowledge that it’s my fault for not ordering it in the right size. But it gets a little annoying when they take over four days to respond and almost €70 just for shipping it back!!!!!!!!

I would definitely never buy from this website again, and I would advise everyone else to report and don’t buy from here.

My favorite shop to go to for snowboard outfits 🥹. I already have two sets and I love them both so much. Super nice designs, amazing quality, been with me through two seasons in Japan!

i dont recommend. i ordered my jacket on first of december and they didnt even ship it yet. they dont reply to my emails there is no contact with them. im concerned.

I had some good experiences buying snow jacket and pant with snowears. The delivery went pretty well. The oversized snow pants looks pretty dope!

Absolutely love snowears clothing, the material/fabric is so comfortable! Their pants are perfect for that baggy style and the elastic waist with drawstrings is so handy. They are also so warm, obviously amazing for being at the cold snow. Definitely would reccomend their clothing LOVE THEM

Customer service was super nice and Will help you wherever they can! Took a little long and i dont need 10 reminders that my package is coming from China with al Chinees Words and directions like im buying from temu but….. overall nice!

I had an issue with some billing and this company was extremely fast to respond back and assistant me in getting things straightened out this was extremely appreciated the fact that they are even re- stocking jacket's this late in the year is why i chose to go with them even if it won't get in on time for Christmas it will still get delivered asap. i have had worst experiences with other company's that wil not restock there gear after they sell out
