The product is missing

Until this day the ordered item didn’t get to me.
I have not received the product I ordered, although payment was completed.
Please let me know when I can expect delivery or how this will be resolved.

I'm sorry to hear you did not receive your order. When I check your tracking number I see UPS has made 3 delivery attempts but nobody was available to take delivery. This will eventually lead to the parcel being returned to us.

I see you also did not reach out to our customer service so we were not made aware of any issues with your order. We'l l contact you today, on the e-mail on file, to assist.

Good Customer service

Good Customer service, quick answers and helpful. Shipping to Switzerland a bit slow but that’s not their fault. Thank you guys and lets hope for snow now🤟🏾
