I really like how they update you on the status of your order at each stage of the process. They are able to give clear timelines on when each stage will be completed and are also able to consistently finish within the specified number of days. The customer support is fantastic as well and very responsive, which is great when i want an update. 100% legit bought a pair of Yeezy foam runners from there and decent shipping time and real not a scam. Ignore all of the fake bad reviews. Will be buying from SNKRDUNK dunk more. At first wasn’t sure about it then just ordered them and they’re legit. Really happy with my purchase. :)

Left show different to right shoe
I purchased a pair of black and white dunks(pandas) in which the right shoe is physically bigger than the right. The sole is thicker and there are some differences between the 2 shoes including height, Nike swoosh and stitching. I have reported these differences however customer support have not accepted responsibility and suggested both shoes are in line with there authentication guidelines. I own over 50 pairs of shoes including dunks and jordans and every shoe is symmetrical but these received from snkdunk

Scammers. I purchased over $400 of pokemon cards, my box arrived empty and there support is just smoke and mirrors. They stalled until the FedEx claim period elapsed and failed to follow through with the issue immediately. They are now dealing with my bank as I had to reverse this transaction. Stay away

Avoid this company for tcg sealed products. Don’t buy sealed tcg products. Would give zero stars if possible. They sell re-sealed products. They have no honor and do nothing when reporting missing items from the inside of supposedly checked/verified products.
This goes for both sealed booster boxes with missing sr cards and sealed box sets missing promo cards.

I bought a pair of KYLIAN MBAPPE × NIKE…
I bought a pair of KYLIAN MBAPPE × NIKE LEBRON 18 for my son. The first time he wore the shoes the plastic bubble in both shoes started to break. By the end of the weekend basketball tournament both the bubbles had worn away leaving 2 holes on each shoe revealing his sock. SNKRDUNK would not offer a refund or replacement for the faulty shoes due to the fact that the security tag had been removed. The security tag was removed as they were being worn to play basketball. No compensation was offered, the shoes cost AU $278 including shipping.
Do not use this website, unlike most online stores if there is a fault after wearing the product they will offer no compensation. Very disappointed with Nike and particularly SNKRDUNK. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Absolute scammers!!!!!!!!!!! ordered triple whites, have been sent the WRONG shoes and they won't budge, instead they have blamed me for their mistake, they first told me they sent me the correct Nike's (which they have not) then advised the "code" says one thing but means something else and then blamed the "colouring in their platform"....... they REFUSE to have the runners returned and refund me my money..... so I'll be lodging a dispute through PayPal.

Have the privilage to be the first to comment. This was relatively a new site so i decided to give it a try since the pricing was much lower compare to others. Make 3 purchases and today just received my first order and the packing was done neatly, the shoe was totally clean and authentic, even the wrapping paper was almost brittle free. I must say this is the best new website for sneaker enthusiast. Service was tip-top. They will send out notification emails from seller ship out to delivery, and it only took less than a week for the whole process. keep up the good work to my Japan friend. Domo arigato.
