Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers

Gave an estimate of 250 EUR on the phone to solve a clogged toilet, then at home, got out a heavy machine without asking for permission or making a new budget, and the total came down to 10x more. Without informing the client at all. After the fact we look up the company that charged us (Sanisecours), and it is connected to several plumbing companies in Belgium that all work alike - scamming people.

An absolute shock that such enterprises are allowed to exist and do business in Belgium, we are thinking of contacting the police.

They are scammers

They are scammers. They don’t give the basic price on the phone and send their workers. They came and spend 5 minutes to charge us 250. They didn’t fix anything. When I talked to secretary on the phone, she didn’t inform me that coming and looking would cost 250 euro. Don’t work with those people!
